each city has its own set of money, equipment, and vehicles. Basically, you can't transfer your stuff from one city to another, you just have the default vehicles for that city plus $10000

Man, I'm on the smartphone, I tried there by clicking on the clock 6 times and the chat even appears, then I put the code and confirm that it went into the account, but when I look at it, no money came out.
