  • At the time of this video, I have owned and used the FUEGO ELEMENT F21C grill for almost three months. I go through the assembly and show a bit of grilling footage along with an honest owner review.

    My Personal Notes ~
    What could be added:
    - Another hook on the inside of the lid as being right-handed, I usually have my tongs or grill tools in my right hand and it would be easier to hang it on the left-side.
    - Sometimes, the lid will fall off the side holder (not when you use the hook). This may be a my fault. I will look at it a bit further.
I have owned a number of grills over my adult life
My Rating: 9 out of 10
    I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
Perfect for those with small spaces like an apartment deck.
I will be doing more videos in the future on this grill as accessories arrive. :)

Your video has sold me on this grill! I can't wait to get one now. I have a small home and when I have to use the oven during hot weather, it really heats up the house. This grill would be the perfect solution and I love that it can be easily moved when not in use. I love cooking over coals, during the week for cooking dinner, this propane grill will save me a lot of time! Thanks so much for the demo!

Interesting that you have a KamadoJoe, as I also have a KJ...question for you, though: is there "play" on the lid, when you lift the lid or lower the lid...I find that on less expensive grills, there tends to be a lot of play, which does not bode well for longevity...would appreciate your thoughts

I’m a small family with a large deck. Well, I’m a daily party of 1-2 at a second home, possibly more guests. Big decks. Do you think I should go for the professional instead of this smaller one?

I have a very small deck and have a Kamado Joe Classic along with the Fuego so that is why I got it. You can cook a large amount of meat on it so if you have a small family, this might be all you need. I just got the griddle that was on back order and it does great for anything like eggs, bacon, smash burgers, etc... Cheers!

True.... I found that you need to get some sort of deflector when the grease starts to splatter. Had to make a foil tent. Thanks for watching!
