I played the game with both languages and I believe both the English and Japanese voice actors were beautifully cast with people that sounded very closely to each other and both Jp and Eng actors portray the emotions of the characters perfectly
9S he's the best voice in the entire game. Kyle just kicked so much ass in this role. I don't think I would have liked 9S as much as I did if not for him.
Ah, they did a good job on both versions ~ I played NieR on Japanese and heck, I enjoyed Adam's and Eve's voice acting, how Suzuki could go full out on the last battle, I feel bad for his voice xD Overall, I enjoyed the voice cast on JP :3

I remember her and Arin Hanson were in a game as an upgrade to the voice acting, an in-joke that they were in so many flashes. Glad to see she's gotten so far from her starting point.

Such A Terrific game with A Absolutely Phenominal Dub. Kira Buckland was Perfection as 2B, Kyle McCarley was heartbreaking as 9S and because of her Outstanding performance as A2, Cherami Leigh is now one of my all time favourite VAs. My Favourite of all the Dubs that Wendee Lee has directed.

I was really surprised, as a Fate fan, that Adam was voiced by Waver's VA (in Japanese dub). Love Adam even more. He looks a bit like white-haired Waver (glasses, formal clothers, black gloves, long hair).
When I realized 2B is Mikasa I started laughing because I was like "why does her voice sound SO familiar?" Then I searched the VA name on google and Mikasa showed up... I was like "bruh, AoT is my favorite anime, how didn't I make the connection right away?"
Fun fact: Mai Kadowaki is the voice provider of Illyasviel, Sitonai, and Testament in the Fate series. (Even though she voiced a lot of characters.) Later she voiced Emil from Nier Automata.

Loved some of the English performances on here for a change: 9S, Emil, 6O and Jackass were my favorite English iterations. Still I mostly play with Japanese VA cus sometimes I notice some translation errors (in the English subs, which correspond with the English VA)
