Mad props to the lead choreographer on this group number. The moves were expressed beautifully and in line with the dancers. I just wanted to tell you that the example you have set for these girls is a positive perspective in an industry that has such a fine line between entertainment and going to far and the girls were elegant and expressive and it was beautiful. You are all beautiful dancers and entertainers.
Ellie is literally the amazing one out of all of the performances this season she is just the girl that can like nail a category within my favorite category from her was the final performance and also the orchestra

This is the first time I've watched these shows since about 3 weeks ago. I liked the performers who came out dancing when the doors opened for them who I was in tears for. Funny I don't see those with special needs dancing in these finals & those were the performers I cried my heart out for! I think those who have the best dance skills in their heart & soul with unconditional love to everyone in the world? Are the real winners not in just dance but in Life!

unfortunately there dancer captain is obsessed with broadway and led them to that style. whereas actually james and oliver do more sort of contemporary ballet mix. and people dont like broadway dance for dance contest. it doesnt and didnt win the votes. people like contemporary mixed with ballet or dance with alot of acrobatics in it. thats what wins dance shows. e.g. harry and elieyah were really the best. ellie won, but was really second best position. and WOD series three finals the kings won.
Ok so... I don't know about this show The judging originally didn't quite work out in the favour of this show, a lot of role buzzing in those who had no ability to progress, so they picked a good final 9 based off the original votes. But then, these 'challenges' every week? They weren't challenges based off any real complexity, they didn't add anything for the dancer to manipulate, more just a costume and a background (so really "challenges" should have just been "themes") How did we get to the final 4? Dane Bates girls were actually all professional dancers, so why wouldn't they have been in the final compared to the two boys who didn't have much competition experience? In saying all of this, I'm glad that Ellie won from the final 4 (however Harry needs to be seriously commended because he is an INCREDIBLE technical dancer) and I'm very happy to see Oti bring ballroom to this stage. I'm still a bit lost on Cheryl though, not the best choice for judging this, considering they knew they would be involved in a dance at some point (and while she can dance/understands a natural rhythm) definitely not the best choice. Overall, I'm mixed? But I'm very happy for Ellie, especially considering she literally grew stronger every week.

I felt Harry and Eleiyah were the obvious winners with Ellie second. Harry and Eleiyah were better, and they also gave the highest scoring single performance of the show with their circus one. the choreography in harry and eleiyah's dances was superior as i were the perfect musical choices. except i did not like their dance with cheryl very much. in fact when they did their dances with their dance captains in the finals all those dances were not as good as what the dance finalists normally do . the best of the dances with their captains was eli and otis.
well maybe not with the level of acrobatics, but in terms of technique ellie and ava in world of dance series three finale, they were comparable to Harry and Eleiyah and ellie in greatest dancer in ability. i think greatest dancer doesnt have as good a choreographer as world of dance have. the kings were just at another level, and would win both shows.
its clear the WOD dancers are already professional dancers who are far more developed, have been able to train eight hours six days a week and have had access to professional instructors and choreographers for years. so WOD contest is kind of pointless. And they draw from international dance acts. the greatest dancers features completely unknown non professional dancers in England. thats why the difference. thats whywinning the greatest dancer means much more to the winner, than winning WOD.
You might not believe me but I swear on my mums life it’s true. I went to a dance festival called “dance capers* with my dance school.we practiced for like 2 months.we went there and guess what!? One on the judges were James and Oliver!! I took pictures they danced at the end I was gonna cry 😭❤️
Unpopular opinion!!! I think Jamie, Oliver and Matthews dance was the best......I know it wasn’t as technical as say Ellie’s but I think it was so much fun. I don’t think theres enough recognition for these types of dancers. No shade on contempary dancers they’re amazing
Obviously they were all fantastic and any one of them deserved to be a finalist and even The Finalist. The only issue I have is that Ellie did pretty much the Exact same style of dancing for each one of her routines. After the first time seeing it it became less and less impressive. Not to say it wasn't cool AF, because it was. But that's just it, it Was. I'll have to admit I didn't see any of the other performers, in fact I'd never even seen a single minute of the show until all of Ellie's routines started showing up in my recommended since I am subbed to the BBC and since she was the winner. So I can't say whether the rest of the performers, or if in fact All of the performers use the same moves throughout the competition. If this is something that is common throughout all of the seasons, because of something like time constraints in between episodes, then I suppose it's understandable. But for me to actually get excited enough to watch a show like this religiously and to want to support the participants (regardless of whether it's for dancing, singing, etc) I have to want to engage with the show each and every week. You can knock AGT all you want, how it's staged, etc, which I don't dispute. But the contestants for that series Must come back with something wholly different and original each and every week. As far as the Voice is concerned changing the song is Paramount to (myself) accepting someone as a winner. If someone just goes thru the show and plays it safe by singing the same type of song each week; then to me that doesn't qualify them to be a winner. Sorry I digressed a little, but it all comes down to who Deserves to continue on in a competition that has eliminations and voting, and for me Ellie just didn't fit that bill. And, of course, if the rest of the performers did the same I would feel the same about them as well. Please understand that this is no way is my reflection of how talented or not I think the are. Because they are all great! I love to watch them, it make my heart race and actually puts a smile on my face. Despite the fact that I am not even particularly all that into dancing. 😛 It's my understanding that the winners of this show move on to potentially become regulars on the Strictly Come Dancing series. If this is the case I would think they would want Multi-talented dancers and not just a one trick pony. This is just subjective and my opinion ofc, which is the beauty of these things. Opinions are subjective and can't be right or wrong because they are yours. However, I'm sure that some die hard "fans" who obsess over the show will disagree. Even if you can't disagree with an opinion, because it just makes you look ignorant. My problem is that certain people see a young pretty girl who can do some splits and suddenly she's the second coming, and no matter what anyone else says, they won't believe otherwise. The fact that these shows (in general) make it more a popularity contest instead of a talent show means that the most talented person doesn't usually win. It's just like a could of the other commenters said these weekly "challenges" weren't really challenging at all. The only thing they did was change the theme and the costumes. Sorry, but I've seen Much better dancing on programs that aren't even about dancing like AGT and BGT. I am by no means being anti Brit. I actually prefer a lot of British programs over American ones. I just think that as an outside observer who doesn't leave comments that say things like: "OMG, you are an angel!! I wanted you to win so Badly, and you did!! You are the best the greatest in the world, and I love you! You deserved to win So much!! You are so beautiful and Amazing! I cried when you won!! ♥️ Emoji x 1,000, has a better perspective of the show. I didn't get to see the group dancers perform (except for this vid) but choreographing and performing as a group is by far much more challenging than performing alone, or as a duo. But again, at least as far as This performance was concerned I've seen many groups perform on AGT/BGT who were Miles better than these girls. I just think that it has to be political/popularity that gets the performers on this show, because the talent (Especially for a show that is all about dancing) was/is severely lacking.
I personally wanted Cheryl duo to win, Ellie has such good technique and is such an amazing dancer but her routines have never been my favorite, her final solo especially was a little boring to me

It should be name Britain's Favourite Dancers not The Greatest Dancers.
