Wile this is still the best site pusher I own anyone thinking of buying this to do long slide 1911s should look elsewhere. I'm not sure why real avid decided to only cast the recoil spring relief partway through but it's not deep enough for doing long slides with extended recoil spring hoods.

How about those Kimber 1911s front and rear sights, the slide seems to lift up and cocked to one side when torqued. Any advice would greatly be appreciated...
@@TheImwormer Ya know, years ago I picked up a various sized pack of delrin shims. They've come in more handy on special little quirks like you're talking about here with the Kimber slide moving and not being locked down 100%. If I had to guess, I'd say it's either a thickness of the slide issue, once torqued the sight pusher is allowing the slide to slip, or maybe it could be an angle issue? Wish I had more help bud, check around on the forums specifically in the Kimber/Real Avid sight pusher categories.

Will it accommodate the Ruger Mark IV pistol & you have a video on changing the sight for it?
Will this remove, and install front dovetail sights as well? How about 1911 pistols? What is your sight pusher NOT recommended for use on? Thanks!

How does it do with Springfield XD nights which are notoriously difficult !

What about a VP9 pistol the slide is not like a typical glock or other pistols ?.?
The Master Sight Pusher will not work with the VP9.
Does this work with suppressor height sights?
It does offer enough clearance for suppressor height sights.
