Sir its mandatory for police to use such language on accused or criminals why because if they treat them friendly and offer tea or coffee to them, they get habituated to come to police stations again and again. Even the police doesn't like a person to come back as an accused. So, its must for them to behave in such manner. Hanmath Rao Garu said, even his father did not scold him in such a filthy language (for example) he said, that's the reason a Police Officer takes the role of a father to treat his children to go in a proper path. If you watch I Dreams there are many criminals leading a new and proper life with the guidance of Police Officers. Salute to Police.
