I didn't realize this was the first time you had breastfed a baby. You are doing a great job. It's very normal to have those emotions when baby decides not to breastfeed suddenly. I felt bad for you. Then you had a clogged duct which is terribly painful. I'm glad to hear everything is back to normal now. ❤❤
You have been absolutely brilliant, feeding twins for over a month. Alex loves your cooking so much he doesn’t want boring milk. Don’t feel sad 😢 you should be really proud of yourself ❤
I had lots of clogged ducts with my oversupply. I found epsom salt baths to be amazing for clogged ducts. Also, they sell this vibrating thingy you can use while feeding and pumping that can help with clogs. It helped a little for me. Just some ideas in case you are still struggling with clogs. Everyone is different. I hope the clogs go away soon. You're doing great. The weaning makes you sooo emotional so give yourself lots of grace. ❤
Also, I gained a bit of weight weaning. I eventually lost it. That may happen but it's probably temporary. It's amazing what a body is capable of but sometimes the changes or the "in between" times are a struggle. ❤
Sending you so much love. Weaning is so emotional. My son just decided to wean after 17 months and it truly felt like I was grieving. It’s such a special bond. I hope you’re feeling better and giving yourself so many pats on the pack for breastfeeding for this long. Your kids are so lucky to have such a dedicated and loving mother. You always inspire me to do better each day. Thank you for being you and sharing it all. ❤❤
I totally get you. When my baby was born we got sick a lot and I didn't know you had to breast pump all the time, so my milk dropped. I gave up breast feeding at 3 months because my breast's weren't letting down right away. So he would get mad and gag on the boob. I literally pumped for I think 5 months after that and my milk never recovered. I didn't breast pump at night (which was probably the reason). And when I finally stopped it was so emotional just like you said . I cried for a week. It was like a break up an emotional breakup. It's so weird. But you'll recover fast I promise. It was sad to because it's probably my only and last baby
Nice VLOG! I’m glad things are looking up! Totally understand the BF emotions-happy to hear all is well! Good for you for getting some new digs-and you had four children!!! Going up a size is naturrallllll! We are amazing creatures us women, don’t be hard on yourself! Everything looks great!!
Jenna you will have more time for Nicholas who have less attention, less cuddle, less sweets words. He had each time drank his bottle alone without your arms. Nicolas was a little bit abandonned. Each videos shows you and tour Alex and less of your tenderness for Nick. The two deserved but always a twins have à less. Greetings from France
Strep is quite prevalent here now .. all over.. like influenza it’s pretty seasonal.. I looked up y flu is around during fall and winter..influenza Loves Cold and it thrives in it.. y flu is so bad starting when school starts.. your baby girl probably brought it home when school started. My grandchildren would be in school less than a month and bam someone is Sick.. that’s y I Love homeschooling..wishing you All better WELL days…❤ Love to All 🥰 take the self weaning my dear. I know the attachment but it will get better.. and you Will like the freedom. Not dragging the pump everywhere..🥰
I was wondering when do you believe you will wean the twins off bottles? Not a judgement, but I just like to see what other parents are doing and their routines. Praying I will have a baby on the way next year so any tips are welcomed
Hi Jen. You are such an amazing mom! You should give yourself a huge pat on the back. You have 4 small children and I look at everything you do, it’s totally amazing!! Please stop stressing about the breastfeeding. It is emotional as it makes a close bond with your child. You & baby will know when it’s time to stop. I’m glad it’s back to normal now. You’re like a whirlwind with all the rushing about. You have a lovely family. Your husband must be so proud of you. Nothing beats home cooked foods and cuddles. It was refreshing to see you have some ‘you’ time. Glad you’re all on the mend now. Looking forward to the next one ❤
great family dynamics, Love the pot I'm not like you at all I would not buy the blue because I'm not a blue person, it made me smile when you said you did'nt care about the color. i'm fussier than you. I'm glad your spirits are up again. love your videos the children are growing so fast and always happy. Rarely are they crying. Theresa USA ❤❤❤
Lovely vlog, glad breast feeding has resumed. Shopping alone, how lovely for you, well deserved, nice selection of clothes. Best wishes to you ALL 🖐🏾🖐🏾
I breastfed m'y three kids and i cried everytime that i had to wean them so it's normal and it will be easy with time good Luck for you you have a lovely family
Welcome back, please don't cry! You are an amazing mom, taking care of 4, including 2 babies, with no outside help! It's hard. Remember, this will all pass. Keep going, we are all with you, supporting you and loving you. When I see you I wish I could help you. Haifaa
Hi Jen missed you but you have your reasons,so with that in mind great video as always it looks a little chaotic at your house today, but never mind it gets better, knowing you you will raise above it,as always.Best Wishes from UK.❤❤❤
I m so happy for you that Alex is taking breast again. I also breast fed my children, and weaning is a proces that goes gradually and slow. When a child stops at once, we call it breastrefusing, and there is a reason for it. Often it is pain or infection. Its not normal weaning. You did a good job and I'm proud of you! And your husband is such a good father!
You have done amazing job getting as far as you have with breastfeeding but also juggling 2 bulbs and pumping But you hit the nail on the head in your comment it is a bit like a break up 😢…..it’s such an beautiful experience breastfeeding but no offence to mums who couldn’t do it, or chose not to - it is a very personal decision and no mum who ever be put in a position to explain their decision…. You will get through this next sad moment and many more exciting things ahead for you all xx
The jeans suit you.glad you got some new clothes you deserve it ,good on your husband for having them while you go shopping /time out ,going for chinese etc your a good team.love your family keep smiling❤
I feel bad that u r so tired/overworked all the time......I wish I had suggestions to help......are u still writing out all the things u need to do each day and then checking the list as the day goes by? Would it help to make lunches for the next day at supper time- once the kids have their food maybe...for the floor under the toddler's high chairs.....maybe u could put down a couple of pieces of newspaper for each meal and then u wouldn't have to pick up the biggest pieces with yur hands and then sweep and mop. You could just throw out the 2 pieces of newspaper...
Hi Andrea! Don't worry, it's getting easier! I do still write lists, love it!! Yes, newspaper is a good idea, I like that . Thanks! Parenting is hard, but I look back at a year ago and see how far we have come. It's all good!
@@JenMomlife ..it's just the "mom" in me wanting to help/solve problems...and yes, I know that in some ways things are easier- like getting much more sleep now and the twins able to amuse themselves/play on their own..

Great parents, your kids are blessed to have you both!
I hope by now everyone is all better! Loved this video!
Feeling down is understandable. Every milestone or stage your child goes through is bittersweet. You’re doing a great job. Love your videos ❤
The way their big sister entertains the babies is so adorable, lovely family ❤

They are one, why not give them cow milk. Stop giving them bottles throughout the day. Sippy cups. The babies don't even know how to hold the bottles.

I apologize if you already answered this question. What made you decide not to put the twins on cows milk?
To keep everyone on the same diet of foods.
I think Jen feels like almond, oat, or soy milk, is healthier than cow’s milk. I agree!
