Great video! Love seeing Carrera content. Was the horsepower gain with M Engineering tune on both tests( OEM exhaust vs SOUL)? Also- does the M Engineering tune eliminate the soft limiter?
So for this series we wanted to keep everything apples to apples. All dyno runs are done with the stock calibration. The M-Engineering tune does eliminate the soft limiter.
That’s an impressive gain with just the less restrictive exhaust. I have both the 200 Cell SOUL Cats and the SOUL valved exhaust and my “butt dyno” tells me it’s definitely quicker than stock!
Can you make a video for Sharkwerks exhaust too? Thank you for your video! I watched all videos about 992 carrera exhaust and wonder which brand is your favorite. I recently had 2023 Carrera T and looking for an aftermarket exhaust. My dealership is pretty tune-friendly that welcome to modified exhaust unless changed the cat.
I'm assuming you mean from an apples to apples perspective? The Soul is a tad smoother in note, a little more depth/bass to the sound. Overall just slightly more refined.
I love the sound of SOUL. Im a believer and flat 6M has the goods! I ant wait to install this on my 992 targa 4 S
Targa 4S 😁
More carrera/ carrera s content ❤
Out of the 6videos on exhaust products which one is your favorite?
Does this car have aftermarket springs and wheels? Looks perfect! Also, is it a GTS?
Yes, BC Forged RZ05 wheels lowered on coilovers. It was a base car with GTS turbos.
@@Flat6Motorsports Thank you for quick response. What springs?
@@daviddelatorre9989 I believe it had the H&R springs or Bilstein Coilovers on it at that time.
@@Flat6Motorsports OK i dug a little deeper and figured that out. Noticed tires are larger as well. Car looks great and seems to work well too!

Really like it sound wise, wish it wasn’t so pricey. But also understand, get what you pay for!
What kind of wheels are on this car? It looks great!
BC Forged RZ05, info here: flat6motorsports.com/blogs/news/is-this-992-carrera-t-the-ultimate-enthusiast-car
Maybe you know can i use same wheel/tyres on stock gts suspension?

Just purchased the soul Valved exhaust for my 992 T . Sounds amazing
@@richgonzalez873 damn can u do a video of it
How do you compare this exhaust with IPE with valve opened? Especially with 200 cell cats?
I'm assuming you mean from an apples to apples perspective? The Soul is a tad smoother in note, a little more depth/bass to the sound. Overall just slightly more refined.
were the exhaust sounds shown with stock cats?
Yes, stock catalysts/link pipes.
How are the valves controlled without PSE? Is the valve function related to sport mode on/off?
Stock, they are controlled by the Sport mode logic but you can also add a valve controller or tuning to control them.
