Hei again😊 Your comment just made me really happy😍💖 Happy that you finally found the recipe you have been searching for, for such a long time. So my guess is you studied in Finland? MAy I ask in which city did you study? 😊
@@inthekitchenwithelisa Hi elisa, Yes I am studying at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. And I live in Tampere....I have been in Finland for more than three years...I am a sweet tooth..so, whenever I see dessert item I try that..and you know? I love to cook..I also try to make different kinds of food and dessert as well...and I love Finnish dessert items, I made joulutorttu last week.....I am from Bangladesh..If you also live in Tampere, I will make some Bangladeshi food for you to try out..I am sure you will love that..
Tampere is a lovely city and I hope you are enjoying your studies there 😊 I come from Lappeenranta, but I have been living in Germany for the past 8 years. However, it is very sweet of you to offer to cook for me😊 I would have loved that!
That's exactly what I thought yesterday while making it, that it is so much faster and easier 😅 It does taste different than the regular pancakes though, but I really like it nonetheless. I hope you will too😊💖
That is really an interesting and helpful Pancake recipe upload! I should definitely give it a try sometime soon. stay blessed and keep sharing nice viedos.
I was searching for a pannukakku recipe and your video showed up. We're just starting winter in Peru and I deffinitely will try the recipe. Last time I had them, I had a small allergic reaction 😅 I'm allergic to strawberries and didn't think the jam would have them as it was the start of blueberry season in Mikkeli.
Hi Lucia, oh, that's unfortunate! Good that when making it yourself you can choose the jam also yourself😊 I hope you will enjoy these pannukakku! Happy baking😊
Hi Anneli Sylvia, you can find all the details in the recipe here www.inthekitchenwithelisa.com/finnish-oven-baked-pancake If you will have any further questions please feel free to ask me.
Hi there, happy you liked this recipe. Yes, surely you can, just adjust the amount as I think stevia adds more sweetness than regular sugar and so you should use less than the given amount for regular sugar.
Hei Kirsi, I'm from Finland and I use all purpose flour. Also I know many recipes that use different flours and different ingredients. Every recipe is and can be different 😊😉
I started to make this based on another recipe but was worried it was too runny. It has slightly different dimensions, but I'll see how it works. Good thing you showed how runny it was!
Hi Isabelle, I hope it worked out in the end! I know it is kind of weird since it is so runny, but it should set nicely in the oven and it tastes really yummy😊😋
There is no one right way, everyone can have their own technique😉 I prefer to do it the way I showed in the video as that way you end up with a really smooth batter.

My grandma and my mom would always make this for breakfast 😋
Hi Joe, that's probably one of the most delicious ways to start a day😊
I'm going to try this method. It beats cooking a bunch of regular round pancakes. Nice video Elisa 😺🐾🐾🐾

Hi!! I don't have cardamon, can i use cinnamon?
Hi Maria, I would probably just leave it out then or use vanilla instead. Not sure how cinnamon would taste, but you can try if you want 😊
I'll try this one out greeting from algeria
Btw could I use Stevia instead of the regular sugar thanks for the recepie

And remember to make that on thrusdays. And have it after pea soup. It is a tradition
Oh yes!!! Definitely going to do it the right way next time😌 Thank you for such a great tip! The best kind of remedy for homesickness.
@@inthekitchenwithelisa you're welcome 😊
Rather weirdly colour light yellow. Finns don't use "all purpode flour". Plain fine wheat flour.
