Ek taraf tumhe pdne ka shok hai N secondly you are saying ki pdte time mind occupied ho Jaata h Start doing some meditation please There are a lot of yoga sessions ...u can indulge yourself in them. And secondly....start from the lowest phase Ki Maan lo agar tum pdne baith rhe Aur 30 minute k baad concentrate nhi kr paa rhe....then it's okay Divide your study into small sessions And trick your mind by saying that ki thoda sa or kar le Phir reward dunga tumhe... And increase your study time gradually Or fix kro time ko ki 4-6 pdne ka hi hota hai I hope it helps
