@@KreolBoi No problems. Actually the baby doll had just got home from work so I had her start the engine and stop it whenever I needed. I used clear one gallon water jugs to see even easier how much fluid had been pumped out.

@@boxchevydame I would start with the fuel pump… then if that ain’t the problem check yo carburetor if it’s carbureted… but if it’s turning over and not gettin fire fuel pump spark plugs all that!!!
Maybe this is a dumb question, but is it OK to run ALL the fluid out of the trani this way before you put new stuff in to flush? Like, should I be worried that the vehicle is on and it pumps all the fluid out through this method ? About to do this to my 87 but want some confirmation before I drain it all 😂 gonna be pulling the pan and replacing filter also but wanna get as much of the old out as I can first .. thanks!!!
Great question!! It’s okay to let it all run out because your not driving it like that! You just pushing all the fluid out! And Yeahhh do the pan gasket too and get all those metal shavings out and you’ll be aite!
My MAN. Thank you sooo much for the response. Wanted to say too - excellent video. I can tell it’s helped lots of folks already. And- beautiful whip!! That thing is Clean!! Thanks again so much bro.
Man absolutely bro. I’ll def be watching more. Trying to put some work into mine. I tried this method a few ago and like one of the other commenters said, my fluid comes out the radiator instead of the line! 😟 ran out of day light so gonna resume tomorrow. Thought that was odd tho. 87 caprice brougham

I tried to do this and trans fluid leaked out the hole I took the line out of. What could that mean? Might the lines be hooked up wrong?
