Hey mate, I have seen that languages aren't taught in Lboro. Do people still learn languages through other means and if so, does the language centre provide actual teachers for German?
Hi mate, hope all's well. For a large number of undergraduate courses there is the option to undertake a language programme as an optional 10 credit module. In the instance that this isn't offered as part of your course or you wish not to undertake learning a language as part of your degree, there is also the option to develop your language skills alongside your degree through extra curricular language programmes that are offered by the university. German is an option within both of these offerings. For more information here's a link that takes you to the language centre's page www.lboro.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/teaching-learning/learn-new-language/ Hope this helps. All the best.
