Richard Simmons and Barbara Reed explain how sugar and improper diet can cause mood swings, depression, and even criminal behavior, and how correcting diet made a larger effect in her work as a probation officer than any other method of correction.
The first episode was so popular, and Richard enjoyed it so much, that he asked Barbara to stay for another day and they filmed another episode.
