6:06 this is a WILD statement. The Panthers more than doubled their win total and hung with some of the best teams in the league since their bye in week 11. Disrespect is crazy.
I knew they didn't know what they were talking about when they said that we barely looked better than what we did last season. They must've watched the first two games of the season then wrote the script for this video
Right? Dude walked into a dumpster fire and eventually turned it into a competitive team, granted it took most of the season to happen, but he's given our fanbase hope that we're on the up and up.
@pistolmcawesome9306 That's still a decent enough turn around time. Some teams take years after getting a coach and player(s) to become competitive again
@@12we34be Agreed. I was actually looking forward to watching Bryce play as the season went on since we were staying competitive in most of our games. It was a great change of pace and if we can get some good defensive pieces and some more offensive weaponry, I think we can be a consistent playoff threat in a couple years.
Mike McDonald did a pretty good job with the Seahawks. They won more games this year than each of the previous 3 years. Dave Canales significantly improved the Panthers. They were competitive against great teams in the 2nd half of the season and Bryce Young improved significantly. I never expected much from the Cowboys. They didn't make any significant improvements in the offseason and they lost Dan Quinn, Joe Whitt Jr., Dante Fowler Jr., Dorance Armstrong, Tyler Biadasz, and Tony Pollard. They did about as well as I expected.
Hey Dan Campbell had a rough first year with the Lions at 3-13-1 in 2021 but it takes more than 1 year to rebuild a team. Dan went onto 9-8 in 2022, 12-5 in 2023 and 15-2 in 2024😊. You have to give them a chance of more than 1 year to build a winning mindset and culture and that is what Dan Campbell did!
As a Dolphins fan, we have no o-line (Chris Grier's fault), and Tua needs to stay healthy. Achane finished well over 1,000 yards from scrimmage and led all RBs in receiving yards and TDs (which is wild). Our defense was missing pass rushers, but our rookie, Chop Robinson, is looking really good. We need to update our o-line (PLEASE) and have McDaniel hand over play calling duties. They also need to go back to our old colors and bring back the '97 logo. The current colors and logo are TRASH. #FinsUp As for Cousins, yeah, it's really hard to come back from an Achilles injury. It was clear it still lingered. Also, seriously? Robert Hunt had a very good year. They just needed to work out some problems and Carolina should be better next year.
12:37 they say this like he wasn’t one of the best qbs in the league for the back half of the season lol. He absolutely proved himself as a franchise qb
Ok, he was certainly a lot better, no doubt, but he was definitely not one of the best QB’s of the second half. Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen Joe Burrow, Jared Goff, Jalen hurts,Jaden Daniels, Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbert, Sam Darnold, Jordan Love, and you could even say CJ Stroud all played better than him.
@TheLionAct no way bro, only Lamar, Allen, Mahomes, Burrow, Daniels, and MAYBE Goff/Darnold played better. You have to keep in mind that every single guy you listed is on a roster build for the playoffs, while Bryce Young was playing with the worst defense in the league and a 34-year-old white receiver as his number one target. If he had a Jamar Chase, a Justin Jefferson, or a Terry McLaurin, his numbers would’ve been even better. He had so many yards and touchdowns left on the field by his receivers, not being able to catch the ball.
@ I mean no disrespect to you or your opinions, I just personally disagree. I think Young does have a good shot of becoming a top tier QB if he gets some better weapons, but you have the right to disagree with me. I respect your opinion, tho. I don’t mean to start a fight.
@ same here, completely respect your opinion, nothing wrong with agreeing to disagree. Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion, not trying to start a fight either just expressing my own
49ers and Bengals were arguably the biggest disappointments of 2024! San Francisco was banged up with superstar players placed on injured reserve while Cincinnati was hot but didn’t find ways to win with their defense being weak in the secondary!
One statement about Kirk Cousins being completely false. Saying he never looked good with ATL is so wrong. First 9 weeks he looked overall good with a 6-3 record and 17-7 TD/Int. However he fell after a cliff right after with every turnover being on him after that
The Browns O-line didn’t forget how to block. They faced 8 man fronts all season cuz nobody respected their QBs. Defenses weren’t giving Watson any handouts…
Not really. If anything, they were a pleasant surprise. Mediocre QB play, no consistent offensive weapons, and injuries on the offensive line, and they still won double digit games and made the playoffs
I would’ve put the bears in there too. They had very high expectations with rookie QB Caleb Williams and with all the free agent acquisitions and returning stars. Coming off a respectable 7-10 season with Fields. Now with a whole new QB and two new WR’s in Allen and Odunze there was hope they could make the playoffs or at least get a winning record.
The Bears loaded up on offensive weapons to support their “generational” #1 pick, and still underachieved (18.2 avg points per game 27th in the NFL) And the defense played ok (keeping their first eight opponents under 20 points & 14th avg opponents points per game) and never quit. What’s the problem? A blind man can see it … They need an OFFENSIVE LINE!!! 😩
Kyler Murray? Had the Cards in 1st place and in control after a big win over the Jets to get to 6-4 and then had another late season collapse despite having the weapons he was lacking in prior seasons. At least 2 of those losses(Seahawks Gm1, Rams Gm2) were directly due to a bad INT he threw.
How did the Bengals NOT make the list? They were expected to compete for a Super Bowl with Joe Burrow returning from injury, but that Bengals defense was SO bad that it kept making all of Burrow's perfect games worthless! Look at how many games this year where Burrow had multiple TD passes and no turnovers, yet the Bengals STILL lost the game!
Brian Thomas Jr with the Jaguars had a real excellent rookie season he's special the former LSU Tigers Alumni 1st Round draft choice by Jacksonville definitely didn't disappoint at all! 10:44
Raheem Morris barely missed the playoffs in his 1st year in ATL and you are already calling his tenure lackluster smh. He was handcuffed with a old non-mobile quarterback coming off of a ACL tear and you place blame at his feet even tho Cousins is a known choke artist. That's crazy
Why would anyone consider Dallas a top disappointment this year? Because we had 3 years in a row of 12 win seasons and are now finishing with a losing record? (Set aside the fact that it’s always disappointing when your team does poorly.) We didn’t start the season thinking this was our year and then we were surprised when they started losing. We lost quite a bit of key players plus our defense coordinator before the season started. Most of us Dallas fans knew this was going to be a bad year, whether we want to admit it or not.
Maya apparently had an amazing year despite Patriots almost winning the number 1 on the draft. In contrast, bears had a better season and Caleb is considered a failure. Difference…Maye is white
How did the Jets fail with all that talent, plain and simple, just like they said months ago on Get Up ESPN, they're just a roster of star players who don't play like a team, doesn't matter how much talent you have, things need to go right just like parts of a car, good coaching, good culture, and chemistry, etc. without at least 2 of those things it simply won't work. Assembling a roster of talent is one thing, however getting that talent to mesh well and produce results in the field is an entirely different matter.
49ers are just full of excuses as they make injuries an excuse. Every team has dealt with injuries like the lions. Lions had injuries all over and still won games more often than not
4:01 Kirk wasn’t the only problem in Atlanta, Kyle Pitts proved that he’s never breaking out and the falcons defense regressed horribly teams averaged 20+ points on Atlanta so it’s not Kirk who single handily ruined the falcons season
Tennessee Titans will have the 1st overall in 2025 NFL Draft since 1978 when they draft RB Earl Campbell out of Texas after winning the Heisman Trophy!
As a Steelers fan Mike Tomlin was never ever a bad coach after all he spent 18 long years of non-losing seasons at the time with Big Ben as his QB1 he's won 2 Super Bowl Titles with the Buccaneers 2002 as the DC and 2008 as head coach after two trips but the fact of the matter is Tomlin needs to be GONE period he's becoming a not only a cowered of a man but a coach nonetheless but if kept Justin Fields as QB1 in 2024 who the heck knows what the record would be but Russell Wilson SUCKS he's washed up he's a nothing a nobody a PEON to the Steelers because we deserve so much better brand new OC/DC new QB RB WR O-Line and CB perhaps a DT too either way the Steelers need to make CHANGES for the sake of the franchise for the sake of the players and for the Steelers Fans as well!

@ they literally said we had almost no improvement when we played miles better than we did last year, I don’t know how you justify that.
Your name fits you well.

Just hope the owner David Temper doesn’t ruin it
Mike McDonald lead the hawks to a 10-7 record
And Dave C revitalized Bryce young
Explain
As a Hawks fan, I was not disappointed by Mike MacDonald at all.
Buddy Robert Hunt and Damien Lewis brought us from one of the worst O-lines to one of the best here in carolina…. Minimal upgrade is completely false.
