Props to the woman who spent time in New Hampshire. I get that tourists go to the big cities first (Americans go to Tokyo and Osaka first), but I'm guessing Japanese tourists visit LA, San Francisco, and New York and miss out on so much in between.
That is one of the most interesting clips I've ever watched about country preferences by a people. I am Thai, but I have spent over 12 years specifically in North America growing up. I am now living and working in Bangkok, Thailand. I have a family here and we love Japan the most as a vacation spot. Actually, I would personally want to live there but because of regulations and the obvious much higher cost of living in Japan vis-a-vis Thailand, that's probably never going to come true. My wife is obsessed with shopping in walking streets in Japan, the beauty of the cities, and the food. My daughter loves the cold weather, cute dress items, dolls, stickers, etc. for sale, as well as SNOW. I personally have never seen a country so organized in my life. The roads, buildings, decorations, furniture, infrastructure, everything in Japan is at another level in my opinion. More than that, Japan manages space so well considering the obvious lack of real estate surplus in the country. I also love Japanese food. It is so clean, organized, and very tasty despite not over bingeing on processing ingredients, like in N. American cuisine. Best of all, these clean and tasty foods are easily found everywhere in local restaurants around the city. Finally, I find the Japanese people one of the most, if not the most, respectful people compared to anywhere around the world. This is despite Japan being the most developed country in Asia. Yes our family really loves Japan!!!
As an American, when visiting the U.S., people gotta visit San Diego or Vegas; they are very nice places. Orlando is great too. But anyways, my favorite countries are Brazil and Japan. I also hope one day I could learn Japanese/Portuguese so I can meet more people from there 🇯🇵🇧🇷 ❤️
I’m 🇺🇸 and Portugal is also my favorite country that I’ve visited. The place is so peaceful with great weather. The food scene is so underrated! The people are somewhat reserved but honestly very sincere and will go out of their way to help you. They are proud of their heritage but not bashful.
The funny thing is, if you goes around Thailand and ask the same question to the Thai people, many will say Japan. I am a Thai. Though I've never been to Japan, I know so much about Japan and its culture from Manga 😆
I have been to UK, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, Holland, Vietnam but I like Thailand the best, the people more friendly and food is better than others 😊
I feel happy that there are 3 Japanese people who like my Thailand Oh wait- or counting the channel owner as well Thank you for loving and liking us I want to go to Japan in the future as well Thai people love and respect Japan very much If you interviewed them like this, they would definitely answer that it's mostly Japan! The fact that the first girl said Portugal and thoroughly praised [the nation] and good relations between them [the two nations] are why Japan has so many words [and foods] borrowed from Portuguese ("pan" and tenpura for example) is kinda wholesome honestly.

By the way, I've recently heard in the news about problems with fires of forests there this year, I'm really sorry for the local people.
@@MayaTheDecemberGirl , We didn’t go to Porto Santo but we did go to Ponta de Sao and the view was spectacular. I also recommend Fanal Forest. We visited Madeira because my sister shared her photos of Madeira with me before COVID. So after lockdown, we decided to check out Madeira ourselves as we too liked Lisbon and Algarve. Also, we are not sure where else to visit on the main land.
Sorry to hear about the wildfire in Madeira. I hope their government is looking after those that are affected by it. Sadly and unfortunately Wildfires seen to be happening more often than before in many countries.
@@leelee12123 About this current fire in Madeira, I've read that unfortunately it was arson. Hard to imagine that someone may do something like this, so much harm.
@@MayaTheDecemberGirl , That’s terrible. What an evil act. Stay safe everyone!
Nice to see the SEA appreciation!!! We on the up and up 🇵🇭
I'm Portuguese and I visited Japan in August 2024. Although Japan is culturally very different, there are similarities with Portugal. Both peoples are proud of their history, respect for tradition and the obligation to respect others is greater than individual rights.
Very interesting answers
Thank you for liking/loving Thailand ❤
And if u ask 100 Thai people, 80 of them will say their fav country is Japan. And yes I’m one of them. Been there 8 times already and my 9th will be in Jan 25. Can’t wait!!!
Thailand ❤❤ people, food, architecture, culture, infrastructure …all great!
Except the infrastructure.

Awesome video as always Takashii.
Beautiful video

I am Thai. My favorite country is Japan. I love how people respect each other and how clean and well organized this country is.
Props to the woman who spent time in New Hampshire. I get that tourists go to the big cities first (Americans go to Tokyo and Osaka first), but I'm guessing Japanese tourists visit LA, San Francisco, and New York and miss out on so much in between.
Love your interviews and Traveling tips !!!~~~
Come to Egypt Takashii 🇪🇬, it's beautiful, especially in winter. We have lots of things to see that two weeks will not be enough to see everything.
@13:28 is that Anonymous, the famous Japanese street photographer?
Great video!
I think that's him. In the other hand, I think I saw Takashi on Anonymous's IG too.
Portugal the best country for holiday, the people, the food, the weather, the vibe, the culture
As a Thai I'm glad that Takashi and many Japanese people like my country.
Many Thais also like Japan too 🇹🇭🤝🇯🇵
Welcome everyone to Thailand 😃
Interesting how varied their answers are! Shows just how well-travelled the Japanese are!
Nice video 😊
I also hope one day I could learn Japanese/Portuguese so I can meet more people from there 🇯🇵🇧🇷 ❤️
Great video, brother! Keep making them. They are very interesting!
Thank you to love my country, Takashi San.
The first woman is so cute. "Please go to Portugal!"
Glad that the guy at 1:00 appreciated sicilian food. Japanese tourists are welcome.
I love you guys 🇹🇭🤝🏻🇯🇵💐
I’m a Hafu from Hawaii and I love Japan. So beautiful and safe with wonderful food and beautiful culture. I was just there in June and I’m already working extra hours and saving up for my next trip. ☺️🌸💖
What is Hafu?

I'm going to thailand myself and the surrounding other places. The Massages are indeed still $7.00. Less in the Rural areas. You can get one everyday after a hard days work or to relax your aching body on the weekend.
The fact that the first girl said Portugal and thoroughly praised [the nation] and good relations between them [the two nations] are why Japan has so many words [and foods] borrowed from Portuguese ("pan" and tenpura for example) is kinda wholesome honestly.
Happy that the Philippines is mentioned twice mainly because of its people are friendly. 😊. Hope many people discover my country 🇵🇭 more, literally each island is beautiful and has its own white pristine beach.
3:07 She got the accent on point😂
She looks a bit like Philipino as well
I love Japanese people 💙🤍❤💖🖤 🇯🇵🇬🇧
Japan is my fav country!
