The front and back are in a relationship with each other. There are local stucknesses on both that have been in a convenient tug of war, an opposition, or maybe a well practiced embrace. The pull toward each other in ways. I think of it as a movement to come out of the residue of fear and worry and sadness. Wash the residue off. Take that beautiful feeling into your life. Keep reminding yourself that you can be there. Practice often. That is how I made the change. It is the *oftenness* of the practice that does it. Thank you for you comment.
