3 Cups All purpose flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
½ Cup Melted Butter or Vegetable oil
4 Eggs at room Temperature
½ Cup Sugar ( Use ¾ Cup if you want it extra sweet)
1 Cup Milk ( I used Evaporated Milk)
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Nutmeg or Lemom Zest or Vanilla Extract for Flavour
Oil for deep frying
