Godfrey Ho is a legend in the world of low budget schlock films. You get some buddies, some beers (well, more like A LOT of beers) and a few of his movies and I guarantee you your sides will be hurting bad before the evening is over.
Ah, Godfrey Ho! When I was a kid back in the 80's a friend of mine had a poster for one of his movies (Ninja in the Killing Fields) that he'd gotten from the local video rental store. Being obsessed with ninjas (it was the 80's after all) we were convinced that it must be the greatest movie of all time - It was called Ninja in the Killing fields, FFS! After much pestering his dad finally rented it for us and... yeah. I remember being utterly confused by it, completely unable to tell what was going on from scene to scene. I watched it again a few years ago and tbh it wasn't much less confusing than the first time (yes, it's another Frankenstein's monster of a movie). The last ten minutes are absolute gold though, and it's totally worth sitting through for that alone. Incidentally, Undefeatable, a film I recommended in a previous comment, is actually one of Ho's, and goes to show that when he was prepared to put in some effort he could actually make a genuinely competent B movie. Also, the guy in the blonde wig was Hwang Jang Lee, former Korean army combat instructor and genuine badass (watch out for him in No Retreat No Surrender 2). Sorry not sorry for another wall of text!
Holeeeee shit. Amazing video - and that might be the best Redeye Reacts segment ever.
