@Bebo Trolling I can see that, knows more about bikes not too sure. Doesn't seem to understand carbon fibre or why people use it (besides aero), why people ride aluminium (besides feeling "racy and stiff") or what it's like to race in a crit. Although for hooking up I can see why Justin is a solid choice 😂
@@michaelfreeman2399 My buddies carbon fiber wheel and fork both exploded on him causing him to flip over the bars fracture his neck and crack a few ribs. There really is no reason to ride carbon fiber unless you are actually racing even then I’d still choose steel unless its a strict carbon race
@Bebo Look, I couldn't care less if he is in shape or not. What I care about is cheap (compared to this fancy named frame) Taiwan made steel frameset without toe overlap is way better value and safer for people which use bikes for rolling around. Stickers can be put onto any frame.
When I saw him pick that bike up with two fingers... I'm riding basically a stock 2021 feather (brooks saddle and mks pedals, slowwww upgrades on my end) and when I saw how light his bike looked, damn my jaw dropped. Pretty hard to get close to that with steel. Especially since I live in Buffalo, idk if his mash could survive out here lol. Ya need a beefy bike. 32h more than likely. Ass savers for probably 5-7 months of the year. And some decent tires, salt and grime is real out here
Put the original fork back on, and put a 650c front wheel on. You'll get far less toe overlap, slam the front in an awesome low-pro, and not screw up the front end handling as much as that road fork!
def favorite bike youve had on the channel. yes my cinelli is my favorite i wanted the all black parallax that came out like in 2015? but i settled for the vigorelli
Here's something random: Finally visited Wabi Cycles web page and could not be more impressed. (No, this isn't a a plug from a Wabi executive.) What got me there, finally, is a video in which you mentioned the weight of your steel bike. Seventeen pounds, you said. To which i responded: "No way." Turns out, though, Wabi does in fact pull off ingenious engineering at its shop. Wabi bikes, at first blush at least, seem pretty bad ass. And, of course, are light weight, which befuddles me to no end. Anyway, Zach, just wanted to let you know. (I ride a State black label that weighs 3 pounds more and is aluminum.)
both are clincher tyres but folding has carbon bead which makes it lighter and and per name can be folded to a box whilst wire bead is slightly heavier. no difference in ride quality though.
Michelin Dynamic Sport is cheaper and rolls better. If you want better tire with good puncture protection - Conti 4 Season has Vectran breaker which impacts rolling resistancy much less than nylon breaker in Gatorskins. Both tires have DuraSkin mesh for sidewall strength, but Gatorskins are hard tires and not fun to ride.
Selling the super pista was fine, why did he have to sell the Bridgestone though damn that was a nice bike. At least it may go to someone who truly appreciates it though
Huh y'know, can confirm Bianchi Pistas are not very comfortable. I have a Dalmine, and she's a boneshaker, thinking of retiring her next year when I build up a third bike. I'M NOT GONNA SELL HER
Umh. What's the point of riding too short frame which guarantees you a toe overlap at same time using long road stem (120mm) to make short frame usable?
Justin is such a nice person, a humble one, with a banger setup that every dude must've dreamed about ✨👌
That’s very kind of you. Thank you for your compliment!
He has done everything the opposite of your last video, and it looks awesome.
I like this dude more than Zach! Way more chill, a lot less judge-y and completely honest
Truth

Justin is so genuine, I wish I had more friends like him
Thank you other Justin. That’s very kind of you!
one of the cleanest and beautiful bikes i ever seen

I just figured that out about my Volare. You smack the wheel when you take turns.

2014
setting a timer for 2 months
😂😂😂
SICK build!
I personally don't do anything carbon, but that looks like a sweet bike.
Do another fixie points video
Justin!!!
On the treadmill rn thanks for the entertainment
Awesome bike , Congratulations 🙏🕊. Nice video 🙂

how much is the parallax good for used in 2024?
Beautiful Bike...
I wouldn't of changed the fork since the tight geo is the appeal of that frame, but sickkk frame nonetheless
Nolan rules!!!
Speaking of gatorskins. Clinchers or foldable, is there a noticable differance?
Great bike!

@@event4216 That's great to know! Thanks 👊
Whats that yellow tape in the middle of the top frame tube
That is a top tube protector. It’s called Kashimax fivegold top tube protector
Japanese enthusiast stickers LMAO!
had my super pista stolen, might just have to buy a parallax in my area
lmao, i got that bike and never found another like it.. Tried various frames later and ended up building up my parallax again
what type of enve forks are those?looking for some spares with more toe clearance on my paralax! these seem a good option

Hi Zach! Do you know how to fix a cog that slips
Love the build! Happy Justin is able to sell bikes yet keep the special parts
I’ve already tried this frame it’s still ok the toe overlap
But then now i own drug inc cimellia is more overlapping
Could you weight his bike and report the weight here?
1:05 is exactly how I felt when I got my cyanotype but now it’s sold :/
that sarcasm...haha
Nice
Never trust a roadie saying something is comfy 😂😂😂
True😉
“No brakes” sticker…
Has a brake
there aren't brakes on there though
Umh. What's the point of riding too short frame which guarantees you a toe overlap at same time using long road stem (120mm) to make short frame usable?
Just talking about it like it's normal when all the parts cost thousands of dollars
He prob got a good job
Enve fork is throwing me off
Cool bike but it needs scuffs, scratches and dents otherwise I don’t trust you, haha.
That bike is too small for you buddy
The previous video he says expensive wheels are overrated, then proceeds to highlight a friends bike with fucking ENVE wheels of all wheels
I don't get the issue. It's not his bike
