It was good to learn about that adhesive filler you used. But man that vinyle job you did did not look good at all lots of bubbles. that surface needed to be very smooth to make it look good. that part looked really bad. The speaker repair you did not align the coil so that coil will probably be rubbing against the magnet and after a while it will short out. You was in to much of a rush for this project.. Also that speaker did not look like it was a good enough brand and model to make the restoration worth it. Having said that I am glad you made the effort and I am sure you learned something.

Why when you measure a woofer that claims to be 6 ohms, it measures 0 ??, and what voltage do you measure at the capacitors afterwards?
When a speaker claims to be 8 ohms that's the AC impedance. DC resistance is always lower and different. Usually for an 8 ohm woofer the DC resistances usually around 5.6 but it can vary. A 6 ohm speaker might have an DC resistance of 4 on the woofer. a 4 ohm speaker might have an DC resistance of 3 ohms. Mid-range and trouble speakers always seem to have a higher DC resistance than the woofer. Unless one modifies the crossover it's important to have the same DC resistance as the original speaker otherwise the crossover wont work right. You measure capacitors using a capacitor tester.

I have the same speakers. The top part is grey/silver, not black. Also, you didnt align the coil at all. This speaker will likely break within a few months of use because of that...🤦♂️
