Looks good, but you can see at 21:22 that the box's particle board is incredibly weak - ruined by exposure to water. With so much time invested and money to re-cone the woofer, next time, I'd recommend building a new box.
Well, at least compared to his other videos (most are fake restorations), this one was actually reconed and the cabinet putty filled and recovered. So, it has some merit, I guess.

You are right, that wood is completely broken. The speaker will never sound right with that old cabinet.

Worked in the word industry makeing pine doors for import ,we would use saw dust and super glue for repairs on doors
