    So glad to hear that pushups only need to be 90° right. I can max out at about 52 pushups in 2 minutes (max any time really).
    I haven't gone to bootcamp yet but I've been doing 100-150 pushups daily to increase my overall reps every 2 mins.

    I’m watching this so I can decide whether to join the navy, or the police force. I’m strongly debating which one would be a better fit for me. For reference, I can bench press 75 lbs, squat 135, and deadlift 100. I can run a 9:11 mile. Which do you think would be better

    People always cheated on the situps and pushups always pissed me off. I wish they could replace the pushups with a bench press but not enough machines. That would weed out the cheaters. No way to cheat on the run unless the course is measured short.

    wait? hold up, if you cannot put your buttox up in the air for push-ups, whats the rest position then for push-ups then? In the Army, you can put your butt up in the air for rest position for push-ups. Last but not least, what is the TIME limit for push-ups and sit-ups? A good video would be comparing and contrasting different MPs from other military branches too.

    • @AustenAlexander
      @AustenAlexander  6 років тому +2

      Funni Asian Man the time limit is 2 minutes each for push-ups and sit ups. And you have to keep straight back or “neutral spine” as the Navy calls it.
