Thanks Raaz bro for the great comment. Your problem is a very common problem. At one point, I am sure that every single guitarist struggle with finding the right flow. All I can say is, take one scale at a time, for example, A minor. Play solo just on A min and do not make it too long. Then take another scale and repeat the same excercise. Then you can progress towards multiple chords. If you try to do too much at the beginning, it will get overwhelming. Good luck bro!
