After that, any time Dan Rather would flub his lines, my dad would yell at the TV, "Come on Dan, it's a spare tire!" Good memories.

@tvnutboy Those are very wise words indeed. Dan is a great reporter and he likes to tell important stories that we need to hear. Do you still see him on MSNBC a lot? I do and on his program on HDNet. Next year the veteran reporter turns 80 and I hope I get to meet him one day to say "You are the best sir!!!"
