It was me who said knitting is with straight needles and crochet has hooks! Love this spread! And I totally agree with you about how different it is when kids don’t rely on you for everything and we don’t know what to do! I started journaling and doing diamond paintings! It’s super relaxing and helps with anxiety! I also starting playing animal crossing! And love love reading before bed

My hobbies include knitting. I am currently knitting different squares for a throw but I have knitted jumpers and cardigans in the past. It"s very relaxing and fulfilling.🧶☺️
I’ve come to the conclusion that your children will always need you but in different ways, you have to learn to step back and give them time to reach out or run ideas past you. Recently my adult children have said that I stepped back too much… it’s a delicate balance 😂. My husbands mom never reached out unless she needed us, my mom tried to insert herself into every little thing… we didn’t want to be extreme…
With the migraines, I was given all types of prescriptions for them and I got sick on them all. But, when I ended up in the ER, the first thing they gave me was Benedryl. This opens up your blood vessels, which makes the meds get into your system better. I was also told to drink a regular Gatorade. This helps with any dehydration there may be as that can cause migraines.
I was wondering why they gave me Benadryl when I was in the ER for a migraine. Thanks for sharing. Gatorade helps me sometimes but not every time. I’m going to the chiropractor to see if that will help with my migraines.
Barometric pressure can definitely cause or intensify migraines , I.e., snow storms, etc
