Allen,Art Fisher's and Chris's own words. The last show the 32 million American's actually viewed a different episode. :-) In those days All shows were taped and sequenced in order to view reruns. I guess it is a testament to their good acting abilities, you would have never known anything was wrong by watching them sing.
They probably got along sometimes. I think there was genuine love there.

Wrong. Actually judging by the "orange globe" backdrops, this was from season 1...things were still good.
The orange globes were in there show from 1971 to 1974 and the other backdrop was from 1976 to 1977
