Those are 2 needle carbs ,I run those carbs on a couple of my engines , I just posted a vid of my Kyo running a Pro 28 carb on my Hobao hyper 21 , they are my go to carb! Back in the day when I ran the Pro 28's ,they like ,Hsn at 2 3/4 to 3 out from closed an the Lsn at 5 1/2 to 6 turns out from closed!
@@lotuse420 I am not sure if it fits ,but I do know they fit the Ofna & Hobao Hyper 21's ,the old & new versions ,They are a great reliable carb because they are all metal body an no compressed metal to plastic crap that can leak!..😎

macstar 28 is a rebranded hyper 7 even comes n the hyper 7 buggy and yes it fits
with a shitty carb
