I made the cabbage last night. The skewers worked well. I'll steam them under a dome next time for more tenderness. The Dan'O seasoning was good. I added Tony Chachere's Cajun at the table, even better.
I think this will be a healthy side for family night!
I am normally not a fan of cooked cabbage, but these were delicious. They had a great flavor and I loved the grilled edges.
I normally start off with olive oil, montreal steak seasoning, then after grilling drizzle with some ranch dressing and top off with bacon bits.
That sounds fantastic, I'll do that once I'm off the current clean eating kick I'm on right now.
