- This Borla Catback is the best sounding exhaust for the 2017-2022 Infiniti Q60 in my opinion. Paired with the AMS lower downpipes give it nice deep sound with no rasp or drone. This 2.5" full catback also has larger piping giving the car a little more power than the stock system. I highly recommend this combo!

I agree, IMO best exhaust on this platform.
I’ve got mine paired up to HKS Resonated Lower Downpipes and no drone but all the character 🔥

That was oil that you shot out the back and be warned that these cars eat and shoot oil out the back. I'm currently in the process of replacing my second motor so if you go with full downpipes (I have the same Borla exhaust btw and love it) then I suggest upgrading the turbos to the Pure Stage 2 to protect your motor and not spit oil out the back. I had to learn the hard way with a 2nd motor replacement. I also recommend upgrading the oil pan to a larger one... protect your motor brotha!!

@@jz1607 It's recommended if you do full downpipes... otherwise you can use the factory turbos and lower downpipes. This was recommended by the shop I"m now taking my car to that rebuilds VR30 engines for Infinity (Turbo Toys of Tampa). He wouldn't warranty the new engine unless I upgraded the turbos or replace my exhaust. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately unlike the VQ, the VR30 were integrated manifold, so it can't run LTH (long tube headers) which sounds glorious on VQ
Turbo cars don’t have headers they have downpipes

Damn I got the wrong downpipes so I have the fast intentions 2.5s but now I want 3inch lowers I feel like yours is night an day louder than mine but I have a big 14 inch resonator on my catback the downpipes make the biggest difference your car is so much louder than mine

How does it sound in the cabin? Does it drone or get annoying after a while? I do wish mine was a little louder but I worry it would be to loud for me on normal commutes

Since this exhaust is unfortunately not available for the Q50. What exhaust do you suggest thats similar to the Borla Catback besides the full LDP?
If it fits the q60 it should fit the q50, they are absolutely identical

They have a hole for the o2 sensor, they don’t give check engine lights.

i haven’t heard of anyone running the motordyne downpipes on the VR30 but personally, i’m not a fan of any other exhaust that’s not the borla. they all have too much rasp and doesn’t sound deep enough
@@boolin_q6067 ohh k thank you n one more question I just bought a 2021 q60 red sport but it doesn’t have the red “s” logo but it has red breaks n red seats but I was looking at personal modes n it has sport + mode n dynamic mode but when I try I don’t have it. But I am pretty sure it’s a red sport 400.

What? The q60 only comes with the vr30(3.0t) and the 2.0t Mercedes engine. The borla exhaust is only for the vr30.

How many miles are on your Q? And has it given you any issues ?
He has around 64,000 miles in this video. You can see it on his dash. Also these cars are reliable with and without the tune. The only problem is with the 2017 models where the turbo seal has issues. Other then that they are reliable if you do regular maintenance.
