Hello! Using a new mic! Honest feedback on the sound quality is appreciated!

The bass is a bit much on the mic and it sounds less clear then your previous one. Potentially could be clearer if it were closer to your neck (at least that's what i find from lapel mic's). What was your previous mic and what is this one if you don't mind me asking?

Previously it was just from the Samsung phone no extras. It was ok but when recording from a bit of a distance I noticed it didnt sound great. I'll fiddle around with it but I think the problem is that it's cheapie from Amazon haha. Might have to invest in a better one eventually.
