When Trish saves Malcolm from the thugs, she's also wearing yellow and blue clothes like Hellcat's suit. Plus, a cat vaccine was one of the ingredients to give her superpowers.
I liked Trish during the first season of Jessica Jones but this season made me dislike her character. I also missed the presence of a real villain this season.
The only villain in this season was Jessica Jones. Half her family was miraculously healed by revolutionary science and now she's mad. "A creep with a science hard-on" is the nicest thing she can say about her doctor. Classic evil degenerate by the name Jessica.
The girl at the pet shop with the green leaf logo said Trish took, besides other things, a “feline” component or something of the sorts as a nod to Hellcat
Spoilers. I loved this season. Jessica Jones is my favorite Netflix MCU character so I was content with seeing her backstory and her own internal struggles. Everything she did I understood and it felt like she was really trying to do the right thing in spite of whatever mistakes she made. She didn’t annoy me this season, like, at all. That said, trish was undoubtedly annoying and selfish and made some episodes difficult to stomach. I’d go so far as to say she doesn’t deserve the powers she will most likely have. I hope Jessica will be able to mend her relationship with Trish and Malcolm mostly because I don’t think having them as her adversaries would satisfy anyone due to their backgrounds. Malcolm’s motivation for quitting Alias felt pretty weak as well, so I really don’t want to watch them go head to head.
I almost feel like Alisa was the MCU's take on Typhoid Mary. Yes, their origins are completely different, but Alisa has three distinct personalities I caught onto- the personality that loves Jessica and wants to be at her side, the one that is the killer and the violent persona, and the one that is content living in hiding away from Jessica and is in love with Karl. Mary has three personalities- a violent persona, a loving persona, and a manipulative, seductive persona. I think they share a lot of the same traits with the whole split personality thing.
I , so far like it season 2. As it does away with the usual cliche of every season having a villain for the whole season and makes the characters feel more real , rather than fantasy characters from a comicbook.
By the middle of the series I was worried that it was going downhill, but I thought it finished well, so it ended up being, in my opinion, the best since Luke Cage. What I liked is how there are multiple villains who are also the good guys.
Good summary! I think it's worth mentioning that, in the comics, Kilgrave was held at the Raft on a couple of occasions. He escaped, he was killed, he was reanimated..... .
The discrimination against the mutants is another nod to the x-men. There were a whole bunch more. Maybe we'll get an X-men Netflix series? My hope is that there can be MCU versions of the characters on the big screen ~fingers crossed~
I also forgot to mention that the name R Kelly on the Elevator panel could be a reference to Robert Kelly from the X-Men comics. In the comics he is an American U.S. Senator who began his career on an anti-mutant platform who swore to remove mutants from everyday society. If this reference was indeed meant for him than this is a pretty cool little Easter Egg!
The poster said Irving Forbush, and Irving Forbush is in Lego Marvel super heroes 2. Some of the Defenders are also in Lego 2, so this might be a wink to Kang the Conqueror!
She went to school with Peter Parker... So we wouldn't know if she met him, but she may have heard about him from Peter. She had a crush on him so as a future detective, she probably knew everything about him.
Why is no one catching the easter egg in ep 1 around 20:50 min in the newscast on the tv they are talking about child warriors could be young warriors maybe?
Can we go more depth on Ep.6 of Jess and Oscar scene. The coloring of purple and yellow were spilled with purple being over yellow. Maybe to reference Jess is past Luke as Luke is with Claire?
I would take it as foreshadowing of the split with both kilgrave and Trish (yellow = Hellcat) and possible that Oscar is who JJ has a relationship with instead of LC.
I feel like Turk is the the Netflix version of Stan lee seeing as he's in all the shows just like stan is to the movies. (Even though Stan is in the shows as well).
Veloce not me. Even tho I find Season 1 better, I was entertained and engaged with the story of the season and its take on characters put in the ringer as they are their own antagonists. Actually “self destruction” feels like the main antagonist for every character in Season 2.
They missed the nod/foreshadow off Trish as hellcat when that nurse mentions how Trish used one of her “nine lives” pretty sure that was a nod :)
I was going to say the same thing XD
When Trish saves Malcolm from the thugs, she's also wearing yellow and blue clothes like Hellcat's suit. Plus, a cat vaccine was one of the ingredients to give her superpowers.
the "monster movie" stuff she gave the docs to see, sounds like nudging to that too
I was gonna say that exact thing good job
I'm pretty sure NO ONE is a fan of Trish after the crap she pulled this season
Nope I loved Trish
@@icantthinkofacoolname1308 how about now? 😁

she felt alot more human tho
Trish, to me, was the antagonist of this season.
Ataraxia Azul my thoughts exactly
I agree one hundred percent.
F. Jones aka Finn Jones aka Danny Rand aka the immortal iron fist aka the protector of k'un-lun aka the sworn enemy of the hand
This comment should be upvoted 😂
The girl at the pet shop with the green leaf logo said Trish took, besides other things, a “feline” component or something of the sorts as a nod to Hellcat
When Trish was in the hospital there was another foreshadowing for Hellcat when the nurse told her she'd used two of her nine lives.
R Kelly could be a nod to senator Robert Kelly from the x-men comics
Chris Quinn good call
Alias Investigations named after the Bar. Also, her mum's name is Alisa, an anagram of Alias.

Jessica was just as bad as Trish. The choices she made with her mother with questionable at best.

I'd rather see an actual Typhoid Mary character.
Daffy
Me too, but it was a nice catch.

Never clicked so fast.
3:00 She was in Iron Fist.
That stupid (enhancement ) inhaler had wayy to many hits in it! Patsy killed it
Good summary! I think it's worth mentioning that, in the comics, Kilgrave was held at the Raft on a couple of occasions. He escaped, he was killed, he was reanimated..... .
Dr. Carl wore lots of grateful dead t-shirts. Jerry Garcia was a big fan of Frankenstein. I think there may be a subtle reference there
Alisa’s name is an anagram for Alias.
Edit: I commented this too soon, my B
this season was the worst because of trish she made it unbearable watch
TO watch
I actually stopped a couple of times. I like Jess but Trish no

Do a video about the The Black Order!!!
Please! please! Please!
I liked every episode but the last one. But it was a fun ride! So, Hellcat huh?
I love Trish, she's just looking out for Jessica when she obviously needed it. I really don't like how Jessica pushed everyone away at the end.
Sam - I think turk eating fast food in the Porsche is a sly wink at Bad Boys.
The poster said Irving Forbush, and Irving Forbush is in Lego Marvel super heroes 2. Some of the Defenders are also in Lego 2, so this might be a wink to Kang the Conqueror!
Along with S. Jackson and R. Kelly, a fun one is M. Grey (Grey's anatomy (lol))
TRISH 👏🏼 NEEDS 👏🏼 TO 👏🏼 GO 👏🏼
2:38 LOL
why are people in the mcu quoting uncle ben when they never met him
She went to school with Peter Parker... So we wouldn't know if she met him, but she may have heard about him from Peter. She had a crush on him so as a future detective, she probably knew everything about him.
Ali Gaines but Peter is still in high school so there's no way they went to school together in the mcu
Any thoughts to the octopus mentioned and the octopus painting in Malcom’s apartment?
Why is no one catching the easter egg in ep 1 around 20:50 min in the newscast on the tv they are talking about child warriors could be young warriors maybe?

That strong old woman, she had me thinking it was Laurie Metcalf... a.k.a. Ms. Cooper/Jackie Connor....or is she Laurie Metcalf???
Do something with Sam basher hair pls!
Who was Trish's boyfriend talking to on the phone behind her back?
I heard Jessica say Cloak and dagger in one episodes.
Trish just wanted jessica's cray cray
Oh, in that one scene, there is a bunch of trees and they are green, just like the hulk in the MCU. A few of these feel like a bit of a stretch.
I feel like Turk is the the Netflix version of Stan lee seeing as he's in all the shows just like stan is to the movies. (Even though Stan is in the shows as well).
Hackettstown NJ!!! Guess where your M&M's Come From.....

Veloce not me. Even tho I find Season 1 better, I was entertained and engaged with the story of the season and its take on characters put in the ringer as they are their own antagonists. Actually “self destruction” feels like the main antagonist for every character in Season 2.
I feel like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3's Super Villain is Kang the Conqueror!
vido mentioned spider sense in the ending

A mongoose is not a rodent
Harlem Shake is a hip hop dance farrr before it was a "MEME" i almost threw up when he said that

First season was amazing. Second was disappointing. Kristen Ritter is the only positive.
SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Is that L.James in the apartment registery for LeBron James?
This season was a huge disappointment. I didn't even bother to finish it. I think I made it to like episode 9 or 10. Shame, I loved season 1.
Ryan James tbh the on,y thing that kept me going was the promise of David tennant showing up
The season was quite meh, but interesting on the whole.
Why are there 10 times people have sex
