So helpful. Love your information and delivery!! At 54 years old and finding my self with a different body to what i've had in past and now learning, thanks to you! Have searched fo months to get practical advice like yours Kelly. Thank you!!!
Wonderful! I'm so glad you are here!
Wit & Wisdom is my favorite jean. I need a 16W or an 18 misses in jeans (not every size starting at 14 is a Womens Plus) I own 2 bootcut & 2 flare & 3 straight. I'm really hoping they will come out with colors in the bootcut or flare styles since I have light & dark blue, grey & black. A brown, a tan, a green or burgundy would be great. Wit & Wisdom is much more comfortable & affordable than NYDJ imo.
AYW loves Wit & Widsom too. (Democracy is the sister brand to Wit & Wisdom and it's available at RACK and Amazon.) You can find NYDJ on sale OFTEN or at Nordstrom Rack.
Yes,trends….returning my horseshoe jeans that are fashionista favorites,as I am just not that person…
Enjoy your info and humor!
Great job not settling and being empowered to say ... this trend isn't for me. Thanks for the compliment and hope to see you around our community.
Nice video, the peach, smocked trim, front tuck top, would look like a maternity top on me. I am 5'9, 130 pounds, 37 27 37 size 32 G bra, narrow frame, I like the flow of the top but I would look fat in that style. Thanks
I think what you are talking about comes down to the "fit". (That's one of the legs of the three legged stool.) Just because a certain style of pants or tops works for our body type doesn't always mean it is a slam dunk. As a straight, I can wear any style of jean, but prefer to wear bootcut or flare. This top can work for a curvy because of the pleating and darts because it is more form fitting than say a button-up. But that top might not work for your particular body (not body type) because of the fit.
Agree, it’s also too short, and the tucks stitched down too far.
