- Kenny Veach, a 47-year-old experienced hiker, went missing on November 11 while searching for a strange cave he had spotted near the Nellis Air Force Base.
Veach was last seen hiking in the Red Rock Canyon area west of Las Vegas.
His family reported him missing after he failed to return from his hike.
A large search and rescue operation involving dozens of volunteers was launched to find Veach, but his body was not found until December 4 when it was discovered by two hikers in an area about 10 miles from where he disappeared.
The cause of death is still under investigation, but authorities believe Veach may have fallen victim to one of the many canyons in the area.

I doubt they knew what was inside, it’s just common sense to not go into places you’re unfamiliar with.
Caves are very dangerous places, there could’ve been a steep drop off inside the cave, meaning he could’ve walked in a few feet before he fell down a shaft and died. That would be the most likely and logical answer.

I live in the desert, where there are numerous caves used for nuclear waste disposal. Although there are signs warning cave explorers to stay away from these areas, after 75 years or so, the signs have become less visible. Thus, when hes basically describing the effects of radiation poisoning, the case is closed.

My theory: he was walking near an air force base in Las Vegas so there could’ve been some engine testing for a secret aircraft (at the time) or some form of missile. This would explain the vibrations as he got closer because there needs to be a hole for the thrust of the engine to come out of like a missile silo or rocket. Maybe some hypersonic weapon and they need it to be kept secret which could be why it was sealed so nobody else would discover it.

It turns out that is the most likely conclusion as he left his camera at home and didn't take it on the hike, and left his phone by the old mine shaft so he couldn't be found, but he did take his gun with him.
But how do you explain not finding any type of clothes like no trace of him. Not even the gun?

The thing is so. There could be so many M-shaped cave there in this area. So i now know six M-caves. The one with the danger sign. The one with the little hole in it. The one next to it and a other one which is closed with rocks by someone? A other cave which he mentioned in the video but didnt want to go there and a last one which is deep and high in the mountains. So the problem is some of those caves got covered with rocks. So someone need to destroy the rocks there to reopen it. But the thing is that his phone got found in the mineshaft so that makes no sense but what if the mineshaft had connection with the M-cave? One other thing is who said that we already found the m-cave which kenny entered. Maybe he entered a other cave. We need his footprints from the shoe. Next thing is who even said that on his last trip he entered the cave or even found it. Maybe he died in a other way. I think I can say something about this case. So his girlfriend commented in his video made 9 years ago it’s (snakemitgbite it might not be the correct name) she commented about how much Kenny loved hiking and most things. Then she said Kenny was dealing with depression and his father did suicide at Kenny’s early 20’s also he was a great guy. He didn’t die because of the cave or anything but his girlfriend said it was because of suicide if u can see. Kenny veach quit his job for some reason and became really depressed. If u check the channel of his girlfriends u can see that a video was posted 2 years ago about Kenny in his van or her van wiping his face with tissues looking really sad. Also with some beer or wine the thing is her memorial pictures with Kenny was posted 7 years ago meanwhile we saw in her other vid that was posted 2 years ago about Kenny in his van or her van u know. So he might of not died or he could died. His girlfriend redeems that he is dead which means he is.. Kenny was a great guy his viewers forced him and stressed him to go the M shaped cave.
