Just purchased yesterday with no warning 😕. Really. Two hours to wash and when finished cloths were soaked. Wow . Sad .

and years latter they still have problems!!! my Samsung washer is not even 24 hours old and it does not work correctly. it's going back!!!!!!

The Dish guy forgot to put the drain tube back??? How careless can a person be?

Sears Techs Are Factory trained Master techs on all Samsung Appliances... Haha... samsung gave Sears Techs all the calls later on... sears has 8,500 techs in the USA...
