The employee said they did Design the chain cutting machine. He said when they hand measured, and cut the chain there were cut links were all over the floor ! It impressed me that they bring in Engineering Graduates to work in project development, as well as developing tooling, and jigs. The Wheel building machine was really impressive, allowing the operator to assemble a wheel I 3 minutes, then it goes into a Truing machine, that trues and balances the wheel automatically !
Any Catrike owners who’ve experienced and solved speed (death) wobble? Hitting a bump at speed triggers it. I can regain control/anticipate when it’s going to happen, but it’s fatiguing and I’m hesitant to single hand.
Check your toe-in. Should be between 1/16" - 1/8". Inspect the rod ends on your tie rod(s) for looseness, drop front tire pressure 1 or 2 pounds. Check both headsets for looseness, (with weight on the trike & with the front of the trike several inches off the ground (unloaded), and finally proper headset lubrication with correct grease. Try these items one at a time 'till the (Jeep) 'Death Wobble' is eliminated.
And I would like to put my boat bike to fly X and fly. I would like to put Falco on it what you expect I don’t like another motor anymore because Shimano is suck.
