BREAKING NEWS लव जिहाद के आरोप से जुड़े एक मामले में सुनवाई करते हुए कानपुर जिला कोर्ट ने आरोपी को 10 साल की सजा सुनाई है। साथ ही 30 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है। जुर्माने की राशि में से 20 हजार रुपए पीड़िता को बतौर क्षतिपूर्ति दिए जाएंगे। DGC (जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता) क्राइम दिलीप कुमार अवस्थी का दावा है कि लव जिहाद के मामले में सजा दिए जाने का यह पहला मामला है।
DGC ने बताया कि पीड़िता से धार्मिक पहचान छुपा कर फरेब किया गया। पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया कि जावेद उर्फ मुन्ना ने उसके साथ जबरदस्ती रेप किया। अपर जिला जज पवन श्रीवास्तव ने आरोपी के खिलाफ फैसला सुनाया है।
खुद को हिंदू बताकर दिया था झांसा
मामला 15 मई, 2017 का है। जूही थाना क्षेत्र की कच्ची बस्ती में एक किशोरी रहती है। जावेद नाम के युवक ने खुद को हिंदू बताते हुए उसे अपना नाम मुन्ना बताया। बाद में दोनों की नजदीकियां बढ़ने लगीं। धीरे-धीरे दोनों में प्रेम संबंध हो गए। फिर आरोपी किशोरी को शादी का झांसा देकर अपने साथ भगा ले गया।
लड़की की मां ने दर्ज कराई थी रिपोर्ट
बेटी के लापता होने के बाद पीड़ित परिवार वाले जूही थाने पहुंचे और शिकायत दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने अगले ही दिन आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर किशोरी को बरामद कर लिया था। पीड़िता की मां की तहरीर पर पॉक्सो एक्ट समेत रेप की धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपी को जेल भेज दिया था। पीड़िता ने बताया कि जावेद ने खुद को हिंदू बनाकर उससे दोस्ती की थी। इसके बाद शादी का झांसा देकर साथ ले गया। जब वह उसके घर पहुंची, तो उसे अपना असली धर्म बताकर निकाह करने के लिए दबाव बनाया गया। इस पर लड़की ने इनकार कर दिया।
उत्तर प्रदेश में 13 महीने पहले बना था कानून
यूपी में 24 फरवरी, 2021 में अवैध धर्मांतरण के खिलाफ ‘उत्तर प्रदेश विधि विरुद्ध धर्म संपरिवर्तन प्रतिषेध विधेयक 2021’ नाम से कानून लागू हुआ था। इसमें बहला-फुसला कर, जबरन, छल-कपट कर, लालच देकर या विवाह के लिए एक धर्म से दूसरे धर्म में किया गया परिवर्तन गैरकानूनी माना गया है। ऐसा करने पर अधिकतम 10 साल की सजा का प्रावधान है। साथ ही 25 हजार रुपए जुर्माना भी होगा। इस कानून का सपा, बसपा और कांग्रेस ने काफी विरोध किया था। यूपी से पहले मध्यप्रदेश में इसके खिलाफ कानून बन चुका था। इसके अलावा कर्नाटक, हरियाणा और गुजरात में भी यह कानून लागू है।
बरेली में दर्ज हुआ था पहला केस
बरेली में लव जिहाद का पहला मामला दर्ज किया गया था। यह मामला उत्तर प्रदेश में कानून बनने के सिर्फ 4 दिन बाद ही दर्ज किया गया था। DGC अवस्थी के मुताबिक, पूरे राज्य में जुलाई, 2021 तक कुल 162 केस दर्ज हो चुके हैं, लेकिन किसी मामले में पहली बार सजा कानपुर के जिला जज ने दी है।

The victim told that Javed had befriended her by making himself a Hindu. After this, on the pretext of marriage, he took them along. When she reached his house, she was forced to do the nikah by revealing her real religion. To this the girl refused.
