I have a 2019 Tiguan, bought it brand new, about six months ago my coolant light started blinking and I actually brought it to the dealer, there was no coolant left barely. They claim they didn’t find any leaks or anything but it’s like where did all of my coolant go.
@@isabellehurley5920 Crazy because I have a 2012 Tiguan and and same thing, took it to Meineke and they said it was the coolant intake valve where the leak was coming from. They could only identify where the leak was coming from but didn't go further to see why. Sounds like this video covers what I'm currently experiencing with my V. I'm going to take it to this shop that deals with foreign vehicles tomorrow (US here). What I was also told is not to mix coolant colors. VWs have a pink coolant that is like $25-$30 US dollars. If you use other color coolants they recommend a full flush first, then add whatever coolant you desire. The mix can lead to buildup and cause issues.
I’m doing this same part and project. How do you get the hose back on that back part that’s blocked? Special tool or just pure luck it goes on?
Is this the same for 2.5 vw jetta I hate working on these
