Sir my brother suffering mental disorder from few years. In kolkata ; famous psyartist doctor told it is ocd. And autism and sizophrenia.. 3 type of SSRI ( Fluxitine ; PERXITINE ; Fluvoximine ; venlafaxine) used in medication.. Problem are not sloved... Still now same problem..
My medicine is running in Flunil 40 ) 40 Risdone plus Betacap tr 40 Clonil sr 75 2 times Admenta 10 Lobazam 5 md Before running uvox 100 Sertaline 100 Rexipara 20 Now The negative thought is I will be die I don't alive The biggest problem is that my hands are so sore when I drive that I feel like I'm going to have an accident I feel like something is wrong with me I hope you reply to me

Gm sir. If the patient reports only obsessions and no compulsions , can we apply YBOCS. In such case will the total score calculated for 40 or 20 to rate the severity ? ( eg. He scores 18 on obsessions and 0 on compulsions whether we should consider it as extreme OCD or Moderate OCD ? )

Sir my psychologist done my ybocs test ,my score in obsession is 5 and compulsion is 3. Total score is 8..is this mild OCD?
