The AM-D12 is a fabulous little buggy, I ordered the gold AM-D12 which is on the way to me. I have so many red/black cars, I wanted something different hence going for the gold one.
I like this guy , he gives all sorts of RCs a chance, also mature cotent I'm fairly new to hobby and i dont get the continuous jumping ramps and skatepark stuff , to each is own, im not rich nor poor i was taught to take care of my shh!

Call me old school but I dont think RC cars belong at skateparks and the only reason it takes place is due to some large channels making it the "norm". Exactly that same here! The all out destruction you see on some channels is partially due to a much larger budget with the mindset "oh well if it breaks I will repair it I have so much money" unfortunately its a bad image for the younger generation getting into the hobby and of course not everyone has that level of disposable money to keep repairing them haha

The only thing you need to do with this car that is a must, is put a set of hex extenders on all fours, Give it a wider plant. Re position the pinion because the cogging is shite (or swap it out completely) and its unreal. If you're a beginner and looking for a good starter, Just buy one and use as is..Its strong, fast and good value. Great car this one... Thanks for the upload mate!!

You should offer different body options for a specific model. Not just differents color and scheme but brand new design. Not all of us want to own 20 RC cars. I want to optimize one and have flexibility with it such as change the body and rims/tires for some street racing. But without a body that is fitting, it won’t look good. So yeah, having flexibility to change the body would be neat because the platform works great and can handle different terrains.
How about fixing your catalog so that the parts you say will fit will actually fit correctly? And for the parts that don't fit, get parts that do, for example, the metal tie rods you say fit on the AM-D12. Then when we buy your new models, we can trust that you'll do a good job of supporting it.

@@thedoomslayer14 Maybe his throttle dual rate was set to 75% on the transmitter. When I checked mine was set to 75% I had to wind it up to 100% and got my 53mph top speed on 3s
Remember too take off the back wheel has it will add more weight to the car plus it will pull wheelies all day long in 3s. I've made a wing to go on the back of mine. You must do 😊😅😮
I’ve had mine out a few times & it’s a blast I managed to pull the front dog bone out of one side but I was able to get it back in after a bit of surgery. I was wondering how fast it is I’m starting to jump it now starting with small jumps I take it out with my Mojave & Fireteam so if I need to go real big I let the big boys do it. Especially the Fireteam you can just go huge with it. It’s a little ripper for sure & maybe one of the best values out there.

i have been looking at alot of rc reviews lately looking to get my first one soon the FTX zorro nitro version what im looking at main reason im looking at nitro is for run time HOWEVER i do like this beast and its cheaper how long would the battery last on this 2s ?
didn't count if im honest. Its hard to give a run time when it comes to batteries as it depends on many factors including how throttle happy you are but it was definitely over 10 mins

I still think that the Streetcar became more popular than they realized I don't believe they had such expectation that they would sell like they did. That said this company I do believe is up-and-coming though I do not own one that buggy right there definitely makes one want to raise an eyebrow and say this company is definitely on the upswing and rise no question
i liked it myself it was a failure on launch due to lies about shipping, no spares and stuff never making it to the owners. The chassis itself has proven to be capable but not without intensive money being spent on it.
I hear you mate. and yes it does have pretty much the same design and layout with some added extras. True about the 917 they tried something new although im sure that was based on an old xray chassis.. i might be wrong (wouldn't be a first) after doing my vids it went back in its box to be forgotten about. I then sold it for an incredibly low price as wanted it out my hair..
I would really like to race RC cars but i live in a city of nearly 3 million people and there are only 4 RC tracks. Two are offroad and two are not public.. The ones i can go to only race 1/10 and nothing else allowed.. Not a good hobby to get into,, Bashing in a paddock is as boring as hell.

Not exactly. Firstly WLTOYS is a rip off of LC racing. Second WLTOYS quality is terrible compared to this. Quality all over and comparable to LC Racing. Saying its a WLTOYS is an insult..

I actually use the skatepark to set up a track the skaters there often let me use half of the course with cones. They like watching me and friends race and lap around. Skateparks don’t have to be bashing sites all the time. Resist the urge to send it off a ramp. Rather do controlled transfers and jumps
@@gogeardrives Yep, Skate parks certainly have their place. That's why i really like my small scale cars, for that reason...We don't need 50 yards of straight or long sweeps as this can be done with the smaller scale stuff by utilising what's already in the environment as obstacles to race around. Be it a car park or a skate park, I really enjoy racing with my friends with these small rigs as its just as much fun to me as ripping it up with my big stuff. But, its harder to find potential courses for our Mojave's, Kratons etc. Personally, I'm actually finding that i'm enjoying the smaller scale stuff a lot more lately. Especially when it doesn't cost 100 bucks to fix an error after nearly every sesh. I'm in my early 60's and only picked up the hobby when covid hit. I had not done any RC car racing before but am an avid RC Yachts and speed boats guy. The hobby is for all ages and i can vouch that it really helps with my PTSD and anxiety in a huge way. RC cars, be it on road or offroad, i would find it hard now to live without. Thanks for reading, Take care.

I know some channels do this style of torture testing but i dont find its an accurate way to test an RC car. I guess if you are chasing hundreds of thousands of views and have the budget to back it up then why not. As a father of two young boys when they see this type of video they think its acceptable to behave like and treat their possessions in this way. I like to teach my kids to respect what is given to them and not destroy it in a matter of minutes. We need to show the younger generation that this is not the correct way to behave just because the large channels are doing it. Its purely for views as youtube is one big business and if any large channels says they do it for the fun. Wrong its the money from all those views! Thanks for the replies!
Nice review! I’ve been hearing some mixed reviews on this one. However, since Rlarro only made it a 1/12 scale, I’m going to pass. Moving away from 1/12 and sticking to 1/10 and larger!

903a is a monster truck this is a desert buggy. This is fast, durable and built well and better quality than HBX. Pick the 903a if looking to do more jumps, skateparks and stuff requiring more ground clearance.

Yes mate absolutely! Quality wise it’s far ahead of the wltoys it’s closer to lc racing quality which is what wltoys are clones of 👌

I have one its fun but the metal is weakest ive ever seen. Broke the front diff out drive cup and front axle back to back, in snow and dirt

I baught one and out thr box the gear mesh wasn't set proper and within less then 2 minutes the spur gear was destroyed
