We have been to Japan several times and used Black Cat every time. We use hotel to hotel and this makes Shinkansen travel a breeze. We usual get bags picked up by 6pm and when we arrive the next day, our bags magically appear. Btw your videos are very helpful arigato.
I wish I had known abut this service when my son moved to Kyoto for grad school. He had two large suitcases, a carryon and a backpack. Because he didn’t have the key to his dorm yet, he had to stored the luggage at the Kyoto station for several hours so he could go to the office to get the key. It was a very stressful day for him to do all that by himself with minimum Japanese 😢 Thanks for the information, we will definitely use the service in the future!
It would have been helpful in that situation! We use it on most of our trips to Japan, so we don’t have to take large suitcases through the train stations. 🌺 Heidi
Thanks for this tips! I was able to ship 3 luggages to 3 different hotels for less than 50usd and was able to hop on the trains bag free! Thumb up for kuro Neko!
Yes, we were used Yamato transport before when we visit Japan 4 years ago. Its worth it and really helpful especially when you travelling with kids and your parent.
This is really a great idea! Taking luggage on a train gave me a lot of headache, still remember the first time I visited Japan, carrying two large suitcases and arriving at Shinjuku Jr station on weekday evening around 6ish, it was crazy busy. Thanks for this wonderful ideas!
I will be travelling from Hakodate to Tokyo and looked into using Kuroneko to ship my luggage to my hotel in Tokyo. I was told by Kuroneko to drop off my luggage no later than 4 days before my arrival in Tokyo. 4 days is quite a long time to go without your main luggage so that is definitely something to keep in mind when traveling a long distance within Japan.
This is so useful, I am planning a two week trip to Japan and plan to go to several different cities so this helps me a ton to plan out when to ship my luggage.
luggage delivery from airport to hotel or vice versa is very convenient by Takkyubin Kuroneko in Japan, however, please bear in mind, lead time should be considered. Always check collection time (especially from hotels to destination), so that your bags arrived in time as you desired. Usually 3-4 days in advance for delivery to airport.
You guys have the BEST channel for Japan travel 🙌🏻. Kudos for such amazing videos, super clear, straight to the point, and the most useful I’ve found :)
I wasn't sure if I was going to do this or just lug it onto the trains from Shinjuku to Osaka. Super glad I ended up doing. I am a big boy and take up enough room on my own, and my backpack is large too. Not dealing with the suitcase too made me hate my life a bit less going from Shinjuku Station to Shinagawa to catch the Shinkansen. Worth every little penny of the $15ish it cost me.
@maxinerr I had to drop it off at the concierge by 1500 the day before I would arrive, so I made sure to keep out essentials and put them in my backpack. Going from Tokyo to Osaka I dropped it off by 1500 on Saturday, but checked into Hilton Osaka on Sunday and it was there when I arrived in the afternoon. Going from Osaka back to Narita for 2 nights, same thing. Shipped it out at concierge by 1500 on Wednesday and when I arrived at Hilton Narita on Thursday around 1700 it was here. I'm right by the airport now so I'm just taking it with me today when I go home this afternoon. Just make sure you keep out clothes or things you'll need.
Hello beautiful family! Thank you very much for all your videos and tips, they are all very useful and interesting. We have used Kuro Nekko from Osaka to Tokyo, for suitcases and some presents we bought, and it worked just perfect.
Just came back from Japan and used Yamato to transport my luggage. It was honestly the most convenient thing ever, I would pass by people struggling with their luggage at stations and I would feel so relieved that I do not have to worry about mine. Also I noticed that if you stay at a hotel they will usually fill up the form for you. Just have the address of your next hotel ready in Japanese. They will also call up your next hotel to make sure that you have an existing reservation and the day you are arriving. This is probably to prevent luggage from returning to their hotel in case the wrong address is given. A regular luggage will cost around $16-$23 per piece and it’s super worth it!! Can’t recommend it enough
@@Lyces it will take around 2 days to arrive. So for example if I send it before 12pm on the 1st in Osaka, I will receive it by the afternoon of the 3rd in Tokyo.
Thank you so much for information. I was looking for this type of information and experience from other families. You answered all my question and provide alternatives! ❤

Thanks. Just a word of caution on Yamato etc: they do not accept any liquids of any quantity on luggage transport to Okinawa. This can be a major inconvenience if you are not aware of the policy.
My family and I used this to get our bags to Narita during our move last year. It was VERY worth it. I have no idea how we would have been able to handle all of our massive luggage otherwise

Once again thank you for the excellent video! I would still have one more question: Im travelling from Tokyo > Osaka > Kyoto > Hiroshima > Tokyo. If Im leaving Tokyo to Osaka on 11th October, would it be recommended that I send my luggage to the next hotel on 10th? Or 11th during the check out? I would wish to be reunited with my luggage in the new location as soon as possible. Thank you so much!
Hi, I recommend arranging with your hotel to have your luggage picked up and shipped on the 10th. That way there's a chance it will arrive the same day you arrive in Osaka. 🌺 Heidi
@@hartantohadi1224 it is possible depending on where you are shipping from and to. Please take a look here: www.klook.com/activity/27664-hotel-luggage-delivery-service-tokyo-hotels-airport/?aid=29280 Otherwise, we have new videos coming that will provide other options. I hope this helps.
@@pierreofmontecristo2730 There is a chain of second hand stores in Japan called “2nd Street”. That’s the main one I’m familiar with for clothing. Otherwise, Hard Off or Book Off for other types of items.
Hi, thanks for watching :) Normally in Japan, children under six years old should use a child restraint in a car, however taxis are exempt. We don't use car seats in trains or local buses either. We do use a car seat if renting a car. And some long-distance buses require a baby to have their own seat, so that would be a situation I would use a car seat.
Thank you for the information! Do we need to notify the receiving hotel about the luggage being sent? And how long did the luggage take to send from hotel to hotel? I have a pretty packed schedule and will only be at each city for 3 days at a time. Thanks!
Hi. You don't usually need to notify the receiving hotel, if it's a major hotel. If it's a ryokan or small family hotel, you may want to ask them before sending luggage. Typically it takes 2-3 days to receive your luggage. We shared some same-day options in our more recent video about luggage delivery services: ua-cam.com/video/wnZuv2t9J1Y/v-deo.html
One time my flight arrived super early at 5 am and the earliest bus schedule from HND to Ikebukuro was at 11…so I decided to use black cat and take monorail and Yamanote for it… since it was super early, there were no lines…they told me, they could only deliver til next day at 5pm…I wasn’t sending it to Osaka…next day? So I passed…😂😂😂
Thank you so much!! This is the most comprehensive video about luggage delivery in Japan that I have come across! Do you know if it also takes 2 days to deliver FROM airport to hotel? I’m hoping to delivery luggage from Haneda airport to Osaka hotel and travel luggage free on Shinkansen.
Hi, if you send in the morning then it usually arrives by the next day. Based on our experience from airport to hotel seems to be faster. You will have your luggage for sure by two days unless you sent late at night. Have a great trip!
Hi, if you are using Yamato and it is still early in the morning then you might get lucky and get the same day. But in most cases it will be the next day. Only under rare circumstances should it take longer than that. Good luck!
Do you think it would be feasible to ship from Tokyo to Kyoto and have the luggage on the second day? My idea would be to ship the luggage, stay the night in hakone and then get to Kyoto the next day.
That should be fine, especially if you ship it in the morning. Here’s our updated video that mentions some faster forwarding methods, but I think regular Yamato Transport Kuro Neko should be fine in your situation. ua-cam.com/video/wnZuv2t9J1Y/v-deo.htmlsi=YAp0Ogk4bjLi0mnD

Im spending two weeks in Tokyo, but in the middle i will spend 3 days in Hakone. Should I ship to Hakone then to the other hotel in Tokyo, or would it be more convenient to bring a small bag to Hakone and delay-ship my luggage to the next hotel in Tokyo for when i'll return a few days later?
In that type of situation we’ve taken small bags with us, and sent our luggage to the next place we intended to stay longer. We made sure to keep enough clothing, toiletries, and valuables with us.
Thank you for the detailed information in your videos! We just started planning a 2 week family trip to Japan in June. I know it's not an ideal month because it will be rainy, but that is the only time that works for our family of five. We are thinking of visiting Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka, and Hiroshima, but I have been worried about the logistics of traveling on trains and buses with our carryon luggage and personal items. I'm thinking it might be better to hire a private transport to get us around. Do you think the cost would be more expensive or about the same as taking trains and/or buses?
Carry-on luggage and personal items should be fine for riding trains! Did you watch our separate video about traveling with luggage in Japan? ua-cam.com/video/w0KnobpyfSI/v-deo.htmlsi=wdBoywHU4hHqeY4t For Hakone, you can take luggage on the train to Hakone-Yumoto Station, and from there you can have your luggage delivered to your hotel. Have you seen our Guide to Using the Hakone Free Pass: ua-cam.com/video/XpuGU_2zNuQ/v-deo.htmlsi=VS6b8QS2DGoXrnnl Personal transport would probably be more expensive than trains or buses.
Scary. Yamato opened all four my suitcases that were pass code locked. I tried using Yamato on my current family trip Tokyo to Kyoto. It was a two day service. I do not get why they would go into my travel clothes? My suitcase with all my purchases made in Tokyo was also opened. Thank goodness I saved all my receipt or else I would not know what will be missing. I would not trust this service with any of my purchases made here or anything expensive because they can just turn and resell in Japan.😮 I trust the lockers at the stations much a lot more.
Sorry you had a poor experience with Yamato Transport. Did you properly declare the contents of the suitcase? They might have checked to make sure there were not prohibited items. Valuables are not supposed to be shipped in luggage. 🌸 Heidi
Backpacks should be fine! We shipped a backpack with it's straps tucked away and also a carseat in a backpack style bag. People also ship boxes. It doesn't have to be a suitcase.🌺 Heidi
I'm not sure. I would contact them ahead of time to ask. There needs to be a receptionist at the front desk to receive the luggage, plus somewhere to store it. Another option would be shipping your luggage to the nearest Yamato Transport office.
Can you use Yamato to ship luggage directly upon arrival at Narita airport to Haneda Airport? We will arrive at Narita on a Tuesday afternoon (3pm) and depart Thursday afternoon (5pm) in Haneda. Any additional tips would be appreciated.
Hi, yes you can send directly to Haneda. Just make sure you do it as soon as possible because you are sending to an airport they usually require two days even if it is nearby. If they can't do it, please check JAL ABC. Let us know of any other questions you have and we'll do our best to help :)
@@chinachix I don't think it's any more expensive than having your luggage picked up from a hotel. You pay a luggage forwarding fee for the overall service. You should have a Japanese phone number, so they can call you when they arrive to pick up your luggage.

I'm planning to take my family on the bullet train from Tokyo to Osaka and I'd really love to use this service as I know I will be confused and somewhat stressed already. Hello, can you help me. Is it possible if I send my luggages from Narita Airpot to Yamato sales office at Asakusa to be kept for 3 days and then they send my luggages to my hotel in Asakusa after 3 days without I go to their sales office?
Hi. When you fill out the Yamato Transport form at Narita Airport, you should be able to enter which day you want your luggage to be delivered (within one week). So fill in the name and address of your hotel in Asakusa and specify which day you want your bags to arrive. You may want to double check with your hotel that they accept Yamato Transport deliveries.
Do Yamato Transport offer a same-day luggage service? For example I am going to be travelling from Kanazawa in the early morning, stopping off in Shirakawago midday, then arriving in Takayama in the evening. Would Yamato transport be able to take my luggage from Kanazawa to Takayama so I have it that evening? Or do they only deliver it the next day?
Normally, same day delivery is only available within a limited area, within the same city. So, for example, arriving at the airport in Tokyo and shipping to a hotel in Tokyo. For shipping from one city to the next it will most likely arrive the next morning.
I'm flying into Haneda airport and my hotel is in the Shinjuku area. Thinking of bringing my size 24 inch luggage. Is it still recommended to use a delivery service or just take it on the train with me? If delivery service, how fast does it usually get to the hotel? I'm not sure if a 24inch luggage is too big to take on the train.
Hi, great question. 24" is fine to take on the trains ( you can take larger ones but it gets harder and inconvenient ). No need for a delivery service. But keep in mind, you will need to change trains at least once and if you are traveling during rush hour it can be extremely crowded on the trains. If you did choose the luggage service route it will take at least one day to receive it.

Hi, this shouldn't be a problem. When you arrive at Haneda airport visit either Yamato Transport or JAL ABC and they will be able to tell you for sure since the possible issue is that the courier center at the new terminal in Tokyo isn't always open.
We are going to Hakuba for 5 days to snowboard and then we are traveling around Japan for 16 days after that. Jal ABC has long term storage in Haneda Airport but will Kuro Neko deliver to them or will Jal ABC pick them up in Hakuba. I searched the sites and can't find an answer.

Hai your details so informative but i just went to their website, and confuse about their service. What the different type of general parcels and send to accommodation? Because the rates is quite different. Thank you
Hi. Yamato Transport ships not only suitcases to hotels but also parcels (boxes). So there are different prices depending upon the size and weight of the item. We've found the pricing to be quite reasonable when shipping our suitcases. It would probably be easiest to ask at a "Hands-Free Travel" counter at the airport or at a Yamato Transport office in Japan. www.global-yamato.com/en/hands-free-travel/scene01.html 🌺 Heidi
Hi, it's more generalized, so you don't need to list everything. for instance, if it is all clothes we would just write 'clothes'. The staff will review and let you know if you need to add more details.
For Haneda Airport we used the airport limousine, which is actually a large bus, and that was very helpful for a family of 7 with 13 bags and a stroller between the lot of us. They loaded all our stuff on the bus from a local train station and unloaded everything at the entrance to our terminal. The cost was very reasonable especially with many of the children being half price.

good day, may i ask if i can store my luggage in the lockers at the train station and come and collect them after? do they have any luggage size restrictions? and how much do these lockers cost and where to find them?
Hi, excellent questions. Yes, most stations will have coin lockers or IC card payable lockers. They come in different sizes. Perhaps the largest can fit a 30 inch suitcase as long as it is not expanded. We usually can put two carryon size wheel luggages as well as a couple of backpacks in these largest ones. They cost anywhere from 600 Yen to 800 Yen - depending on the station. The smaller ones start at around 400 Yen and can fit a couple of backpacks easily. Not backpacking backpacks but day packs. You need to collect your items by the end of the day. They are located once you exit a train station gate. The larger stations will have multiple places. If you cannot find one, please ask an attendant. Tell they you are looking for a coin locker.
Hello, do you know if KURONEKO would delivery luggages to an airbnb location? And what if this location doesn't have an elevator and its on the 3rd floor? thanks,

To ship to Sapporo it will take a minimum of one day but most likely two. In our experience, it has always taken two days to get to Sapporo from Tokyo. I recommend keeping a couple of days worth of clothes with you if you choose to ship your luggage. It still is a fantastic way to travel stress free and will certainly make your journey up to Sapporo more enjoyable. It is a great journey!
I want to send my luggage to a family im gonna stay with (fukuoka ) , i just need to know if there is anyway to do it at the airport (i think yamato for hotels only)…thanks in advance
Yamato will send to a home address. You will need their name, address, and phone number. And ask the family what time of day they will be available to receive it.
Is it possible to use this service from Narita Airport to my accommodation which is Shinjuku Area? Im just carrying a Medium size check in luggage and a back pack with me.
Hi, there is a tracking number that you can use to check online. However, it is not as detailed as FedEx or other major delivery services. If you are concerned, we recommend using airtags. We put them in all of our bags that we send just as an extra measure. The delivery is usually very quick. For instance from Osaka to Tokyo is usually next day even though they will tell you 2 days. Try to send early in the day if you need it the next day but no guarantees...
@@KenshoQuest yeah I am concerned about sending bags to the airport from ueno. It is hard to send it 2 days early. Wondering if day prior is good enough for an evening flight.
Sending to the airport is when they require the most lead time. We weren't able to ship to the airport when it wasn't a full two days in advance. I think they want to make extra sure it arrives in time for your flight. It can be much faster when shipping from the airport to a hotel. @@antonykorah2343
Easy.. been staring at the yamato transport website for an hour and I can't make sense of how to send my luggage from tokyo to my remote takayama onsen T_T Maybe only useful if you don't go off the beaten path..
It might help to go into a Yamato Transport office to ask. Have you contacted the onsen accommodation to find out if they can accept your luggage? Otherwise, you may be able to send it to a Yamato Transport office nearby. 🌸 Heidi
We have been to Japan several times and used Black Cat every time. We use hotel to hotel and this makes Shinkansen travel a breeze. We usual get bags picked up by 6pm and when we arrive the next day, our bags magically appear. Btw your videos are very helpful arigato.

@@KenshoQuest Hi. Arriving at Haneda Airport and my hotel is few minutes away. Is it allowed to bring my luggage on to the train? Thank you!

Awesome! Kuro Neko makes taking the trains so much easier.
Yes, we were used Yamato transport before when we visit Japan 4 years ago. Its worth it and really helpful especially when you travelling with kids and your parent.
It really is!
This is really a great idea! Taking luggage on a train gave me a lot of headache, still remember the first time I visited Japan, carrying two large suitcases and arriving at Shinjuku Jr station on weekday evening around 6ish, it was crazy busy. Thanks for this wonderful ideas!
Glad to help! Carrying suitcases through a crowded train station is no fun!
Thanks for sharing your experience. Sounds like they are being extra cautious.
This is so useful, I am planning a two week trip to Japan and plan to go to several different cities so this helps me a ton to plan out when to ship my luggage.
Glad it was helpful!
luggage delivery from airport to hotel or vice versa is very convenient by Takkyubin Kuroneko in Japan, however, please bear in mind, lead time should be considered. Always check collection time (especially from hotels to destination), so that your bags arrived in time as you desired. Usually 3-4 days in advance for delivery to airport.

Thanks for sharing!
Hi, I'm doing a similar route! How many days did it take for your luggage to arrive to osaka? thanks!

I'm planning a trip to Japan this month, so I'll definitely use Kuroneko, thanks a lot for the information guys, keep it coming!
We hope you have a wonderful time in Japan!
Thanks for sharing your experience with Yamato Transport! We agree that it’s super convenient! 🌺 Heidi
How long did it take for your luggage to arrive at your hotels after sending?
@@Lyces it will take around 2 days to arrive. So for example if I send it before 12pm on the 1st in Osaka, I will receive it by the afternoon of the 3rd in Tokyo.

Awesome video! Very helpful! Do taxis require car seats for children? Traveling to Japan with an 18 month old next month.
Great video for traveling with less stress in Japan.

Is it possible to send luggage in advance? For example, I plan to send my luggage on Thursday from Tokyo and arrive in Kyoto on Sunday.
Definitely, you can schedule delivery of your luggage to be within the next 7 days. Here’s our more recent video about luggage delivery services in Japan:

I was wondering do you know if I can send my luggage from Haneda to a hotel in Tokyo? On the website it says it’s not available but I see that it is from other videos.
That should be fine! It might not be same-day delivery, but should arrive the next day. Here’s our more recent video on forwarding luggage:

Can you have luggage shipped from Haneda Airport to the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal?
Hi, this shouldn't be a problem. When you arrive at Haneda airport visit either Yamato Transport or JAL ABC and they will be able to tell you for sure since the possible issue is that the courier center at the new terminal in Tokyo isn't always open.
We are going to Hakuba for 5 days to snowboard and then we are traveling around Japan for 16 days after that. Jal ABC has long term storage in Haneda Airport but will Kuro Neko deliver to them or will Jal ABC pick them up in Hakuba.
I searched the sites and can't find an answer.
Hi, are you trying to ship your luggage to JAL ABC to store your luggage at HND? If so, I don't think JAL ABC will pick up your luggage in Hakuba but if you are staying in a hotel then most likely they will be able to arrange for kuro neko to pick it up. I do not know if there will be an issue to deliver to JAL ABC. Also, please contact JAL ABC in advance as their storage facilities at HND have been full a lot the past several months.
@@KenshoQuest I am trying to have it picked up by kuro neko to be delivered to Jal ABC to store it.
How do I get in touch with them to find out if they will take a delivery from kuro neko and have the space? I have tried to fill out their contact form but it will not let me submit a general question without already being a customer.
@@LoriStaples-g6t It's not easy to contact them. Here are a couple of Japanese phone numbers at terminal 3:

@@KenshoQuest thank you so much!! You guys are amazing!
@@KenshoQuest well noted Heidi. Thank you🙏
How detail the list of content should be? Do we have to write the amount of clothes?
Hi, it's more generalized, so you don't need to list everything. for instance, if it is all clothes we would just write 'clothes'. The staff will review and let you know if you need to add more details.
@@KenshoQuest thank you!
Awesome!
Are they available from Ueno area?
May I know which transportation provider do you recommend for Osaka? I won’t be able to use the Yamato service but would like to book a van to help send us from Namba to Shin-Osaka to take the Shinkansen. Can’t find any city transfer for Osaka in Klook. Thanks.
Hi, for your short distance you might just want to take a taxi as that would be the fastest method. Have you considered just sending your luggage directly to your next accommodation or is that not possible?
@@KenshoQuest thanks for replying. From Osaka to Tokyo, next day delivery is possible? I’m checking with my hotel now if they provide such service.
out of curiosity, do you know if kitchen knives are ok to be in our luggage?
We usually pack a small kitchen knife that has a cover over it.
Is it helpful for visiting multiple hotels in different parts of the country. Going in July a week in yokohama and then 2 weeks exploring different parts Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima and then back down to Tokyo. I am on my own
Hi, since you are traveling solo and going to many different places you may not need this service. Unless you have a lot of luggage or if you want to travel light. Your trip sounds great!
Will they also pick up from a Ryokan?
They might. Maybe contact the Ryokan to ask.
Can you send your luggage to the airport at the end of your stay? I’m struggling to find any info on if and how that will work for same day delivery (our flight out doesn’t leave until 8 pm and we have to check out at 11am)
Hi. You can send luggage to the airport. Normally for Yamato Transport, it requires sending it in the morning at least 2 days before your flight. The only service we know of that will do same day delivery to an airport is Luggagent, which is much more expensive. Here are our affiliate links. We arrive at midnight to Haneda terminal 3. Is there any desks open of the Black Cat? I find different answers on google
Hi, I'm seeing that the pickup counter is open until 11pm, but I'm not sure about drop-off. I'm guessing that the Yamato Transport "Hands Free" service counter will be closed by the time you get there, especially if your plane lands at midnight and you still need to get through immigration, etc. www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/ytc/en/send/services/airport/haneda.html
good day, may i ask if i can store my luggage in the lockers at the train station and come and collect them after? do they have any luggage size restrictions? and how much do these lockers cost and where to find them?
@@KenshoQuest thank you for the detailed explanation! and may i know if theres extra chargers if i store it for more than 1 day?
@@Terencenacho I don't think you're allowed to store luggage in the lockers for more than one day. For that there are luggage storage services.
Hello, do you know if KURONEKO would delivery luggages to an airbnb location? And what if this location doesn't have an elevator and its on the 3rd floor? thanks,
Hi, The important thing is that someone needs to be present to accept the luggage. When we stayed at Airbnbs, we first contacted the host to make sure it was okay to have Kuro Neko deliver there. Then we made sure to schedule the delivery for after our arrival, so we would be there to accept it. I would only expect Kuro Neko to bring it to the building, but not to carry it up the stairs. I hope that helps! 🌺 Heidi
What is the Fujiyoshida location called ?
Hi. I believe we used Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. Yamanashi Matsuyama Center, 5 Chome-8-17 Matsuyama, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi 403-0016, Japan. We walked there on our way to Fuji-Q Highland. If you search on Google maps "Yamato Transport Fujiyoshida" there are other locations, as well. 🌸 Heidi
@@KenshoQuest Can I use nearby seven eleven ? Thanks for replying me 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I’m now stressed out with booking train tickets with luggages.
@@khantminkyaw9353 I’m not sure which 7 Elevens in that area offer Yamato Transport. Is your luggage actually oversized (greater than 160cm length + width + depth)? Are you only going to Fujiyoshida for a couple days? One option might be to store your suitcase and only bring a smaller bag with you to Fujiyoshida. We have a separate video on storing luggage.
Hi, it’s around 160 cm. Is there any same day service?
Hi, it is possible with Yamato but you will need to send it early in the day and only some offices offer the service. May I ask where you are trying to send to and from?
Can we send our luggage from Tokyo Narita airport Morning before 10am to Sapporo Hotel within the same day by 10pm?
We would like to visit some location on the way by train from Tokyo to Sapporo.
Hi, same day shipping usually only applies to Local areas. So if you shipped from Narita then same day would only apply to Tokyo metropolitan areas.
Do you get commission also for this link? for all of the links you provide? I hope so!
We don't get any commission on Kuro Neko services. Just sharing what helps us travel easier in Japan. 💕🌺 Heidi
It should be fine to ship your suitcase from Narita to Shinjuku!
How is the speed of delivery? Is there a way to see that online?
Okay thank you for the information
Hi! Can i send luggage (yamato transport) from jrline osaka station to jrline tokyo station?
Yes, you should be able to
Easy.. been staring at the yamato transport website for an hour and I can't make sense of how to send my luggage from tokyo to my remote takayama onsen T_T
Maybe only useful if you don't go off the beaten path..
It might help to go into a Yamato Transport office to ask. Have you contacted the onsen accommodation to find out if they can accept your luggage? Otherwise, you may be able to send it to a Yamato Transport office nearby. 🌸 Heidi
