150g water
80g yogurt
75g starter
Stir.
350g AP flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
Mix w/ hand.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil.
Continue mixing.
Cover and rest 1 hour, lightly kneed every hour for 3 hours
(After the last hour, divide the dough into eighths)
Round the doughs and let sit for 20 minutes.
Oven at 500 degrees Fahrenheit. 2 minutes one side, flip, 1 minute on the other.

I just came back from a trip to India. The naans were espectacular there and since I have a sourdough starter at home I got the idea to try making naans with it. That’s how I came across your video. Thank you.
Prepped the dough last night and I baked them on a stone pizza this morning. Yum! The dough is soft and fluffy. I made a mini pizza as well. 😂

Can you fry them, too hot for the oven right now
Can you freeze the bread before baking?
3-4 hrs dough prep time seems too long for something like naan
