this is a grear poncho design and i love the name, I've gout to diff out my scarfie yarn, i think i even have the same color!! I like that you speed up a few stiches so i can slow it down if I'm not sure about the stitch and can just let it okay if i got it! Very well done tutorial!!

Happy New Year Wilma‼️. I have scarfie yarn in a very bright lemony yellow. Really not my colors. But...I love this poncho for springtime. I love the open neck, I can probably get it over my head without messing up my hair. Now...where did I stash that yarn😂😂

I love this!! My daughter had mentioned she would love something like this, I was so excited to come across this. I will make one for her and me! It is gorgeous. I subscribed so I wouldn’t miss any of your work. My heart connected with you as I read your post. I had a tumor in my head, my jugular vein. My head was opened, removing my jugular vein and tumor. To get to it, my ear drum was removed. I can no longer hear on that side, taste on that side. It left my vocal chord paralyzed on that side, unable to sing, raise my voice. There is lasting after affects but the surgery saved my life. I taught myself to crochet before UA-cam but with people like you, I’m learning so much! Thank You from my heart ❤️

Verna, do what I do and unravel your first project and use the yarn to make something new. I do it all of the time. I get a "variety" wardrobe without a lot of cost and that item I no longer like doesn't have to sit in the closet unused! Happy frogging!

I have Lion brands pound of love yarn, which is a worsted weight, you’re using a bulky weight, correct? Do you know how I could adjust the pattern / starting chain to make it work for smaller yarn? Is there a multiple for casting on?
