Georgia,I really enjoy to see your reactions on Harry Enfield and other great comedians and shows..like married with children,etc...its great..really goood..
If you do some reading about 19th century society, you'll find that the attitudes being lampooned in these clips are directly descended from the Victorian era. I remember reading a biography of a 19th century French woman who had taken up painting. Her family had called in an "expert" of some sort who insisted that the only way she could ever find herself a husband (as if that was the only thing she should wish for in life) would be for her to give up her life's passion and conform to society's expectations. She did actually find herself a husband though, without giving up her dreams.
These Harry Enfield videos you've been reacting to are hilarious 😆. As for your rambling, please never change. I'm here for that. I love your comments.

Thanks Georgia, it was an absolute joy to see your little face light up with delight whilst watching this skit. It was easy to tell it was genuine because your eyes shone brightly too. BTW I really admire your incredible talent of being able to adress the camera, pretending to be out of sync with the soundtrack. A skill much preserved by old - time circuit comedians, sweetie. Good Reaction and to endorse your comment. The Supermodel, Cindy Crawford was saying how sad she felt that no one noticed her when she walked down a London street when 30 years ago she caused traffic to stop and nearly caused an accident, such was her young beauty. Now she felt invisible....

@2:00 Both men and women need each other and a family to make their lives complete. Sure, we can live alone and survive, but that's not the way it was meant to be. That's why 90% of the songs ever made (by men or women) are about love in some form or fashion.
I am glad that you're taking a somewhat 'perverse' (certainly with regards to modernity) stance on relationships. Men need women and women need men...but more so, 'a' woman needs 'a' man and 'a' man needs 'a' woman. It's not rocket science. And also that very typically a woman 'far more' craves 'a family'...it's not exactly rocket science either, it's kind of 'ordained' by nature. The woman has most to lose when becoming a mother, she needs to keep the 'door' shut to sex far more than the man. She is the gatekeeper. The man in his part has different responsibilities...I'm not going to write an essay though! Most of this is ingrained into all of us...only Post Modernists want to ignore it all...but you're not one! Clearly! _Shock horror, not only is there 'a' definition for 'Man' and 'Woman'... but also they are DIFFERENT!_ This Skit is is very funny but, I'm not even sure what the typical G-Zer would even make of it...The 'thing' Enfield is 'taking the piss out of' seems quite out of the wheel-house of most Gen-Zer's. Married With Children was so f-ing funny.
Until 1970 you were not an adult until you reached 21.
It's wonderful to hear such beautiful accent as well as from such a beautiful woman 🤣💕
You know it’s satire & he’s only mimicking the absurdity of that era. But you’re addressing mr. Enfield regarding the accuracy of the topic😂
So! Harry Enfield is right then!
HARRY IS THE BEST

These sketches are parodies of those news items that appeared during the 1950's. They are not Harry's views.
