- so in this video i show you guys the thundergun from black ops 1 3 and 4 and also the wii version which was kinda funny to film but anyways i hope you guys like this evolution video which seem to be doing really well so i will be making way more in the next week or so so thanks for watching

Seeing the Thundergun's reserve ammo at an odd number is ABSOLUTELY cursed!
Damn I remember back when you could reload the thundergun with ammo left on black ops 1.
Well aleast in all versions, you can still reload the thundergun with ammo left on the Easter Egg on the campaign (forgot the name of the level)

The Thunder Gun is one of my first wonder weapons I got in Black Ops 3, along with the Apothicon Servant on Revelations.
Why did treyarch remove the beeping sound while reloading on bo4 🤦♂️

BO1 Thundergun - The effect is there, but the feeling is not.
BO3 Thundergun - The effect and feeling is there. Less visual effects, satisfying feeling when shot. Kills a bit faster, thanks to the next gen engine.
BO4 Thundergun - Less visual effects, weaker feeling. Even worse than the BO1 Thundergun in terms of appealing effects. Treyarch was lazy with this one.
I think BO3 did the Thundergun the best. In other words, it remastered the Thundergun the best.
BO1 definitely had more effects and visuals. The camera shakes intensely at every shot, making the shot feel strong. There is also a large and strong visual wind wave that is severely reduced in BO3. Don’t get me wrong, BO3 is still a good remaster, but you should rewatch the differences again

Don’t forget that you don’t get drops with Bo1 thundergun, only Bo3 and 4
The thundergun in BO3 doesn’t fire both shots randomly actually. There is a small delay in the time it takes for the weapon to fire so sometimes I found myself pressing the trigger twice thinking it didn’t register the first time but it does, causing it to fire twice
then i think my remote is messed up as i did a test and pulled the trigger once and it still fired twice then again i have had my gun start firing for no reason at times so my luck with xbox controllers is just bad
if they realize it depends on the characters (as I think) it is how they recharge for example that they have more experience with large weapons the ultimis and primis than the victis that is why they reload it in tag der toten so slow compared to their versions previous

the bo4 version doesn't have that oomph to it. Like in every other game the recoil kind of sends the gun going back but in bo4 it doesn't even move

Thunder gun was supposed to be in call of the dead. But it was scrapped and replaced with the other wonder weapons
thats funny as i saw a video of someone seeing what happens when you use the thundergun on george and it pretty much breaks him as he does not get up after getting knocked down

There's a mobile version of Black ops Zombies where you can get the thunder gun in Kino and in ascension the funny thing was that instead of the gun shooting them and pushing them away, they dissappear like you use the gerse device in ascension and moon, but the animation was still used if the zombies are farther from you in the mobile version.
The weird part is that I can reload the thundergun in ps3 on bo1

The thunder gun in BO4 is so bland. There’s hardly any kick when shooting it. They really tuned it down which is disappointing
Yeah with no kick , it kinda ruins the feel to it , like on bo3 it had kick and was fun to use
And it has no blast at all as well

You could reload the Thunder Gun on all BO1 version at one point. Then they just patched it for some reason.
that makes sense cause since the wii no longer has any updates since the servers are no longer on you can still reload the thungergun
