I spent an hour editing my video, when pressed the publish button, it said my file is more than 250 mb so I will have buy the subscription. Think this video does not tell about it. For one time user this may not be worth spending so much.
Yes, we do ask people to pay to process very long videos because it's expensive to create videos in the cloud. This is the only way we're able to survive as a business right now, but hopefully in thee future we'll be able to give away more for free!
You can cut some video then of you saved all the cutted parts you can make it whole again if you can transfer it to your phone with a recorder that has no watermark.
I was struggling with a program I downloaded today and this is so much easier and more intuitive! I was using a short practice video because I'm brand new to video editing. The only problem is that the video I need to edit is 35 minutes long, so if I want to use it, I'll need to subscribe, at least for one month. It might be worth it to do that. Thanks for posting this!

Now I'm back to comment after spending way too much time editing my video. And like so many other people here I found I would need to pay $200+ per year to be able to export it. It's reasonable to charge for the app, it's deceptive to not put that out there first. PR fail @kapwing , nobody likes getting duped.
Can you do a video how to cut out multiple parts because I really need it for my videos and my videos are trash most of the time so really help me and also thank you for making this video it helps me a lot also

Okay, so I've run into an issue: After fifteen projects finished, the trim option will no longer load right. I can click 'trim' but the actual link will not load in the way it did. Is this just a limit we weren't told about?
And yes, I did try the link in the description. Same result. Look, I'm sick of these video editors that are run by dishonest people. So a response to help me get me back on track would help. This has been an good editor to use up to this point.
We recently made a change to our trimmer tool - sorry that it’s been confusing! The trimmer is now part of the Timeline and you can learn how to trim layers with the updated method here: www.kapwing.com/help/timeline-tutorial/
@@Kapwing, thanks for pointing that out. One thing though is it really won't work with longer videos. I know the limit on free exporting it seven minutes; and that's okay. But it won't let me do anything. By touching the starting/ending handle, I can make the website crash on me at will. It'll function with shorter videos. But if you're trying to trim stuff from say a twelve minute video down to seven, it's impossible.
omg you just sorta saved my ass cause I had to make a video for school that was due today but I made a huuge mistake and i didn't want to redo the whole filming progress. But I didn't know how to cut parts out of a video so this helped a lot. Thanks!!
