@@MattiasHolmgren Hi again, yes I do have a CS bought three years ago and did just one try and loved it: ua-cam.com/video/wrtD6jtDr9U/v-deo.html (initial keyboard chords recorded in the kaoss oscillator looper and also lead you hear on the video was played with CS) since then had not chance to use it again because of my full time job but watching your video really motivate me to try again. I did love the way you explained how to create the sounds from scratch, also loved the zoom recommendation. It would be great a follow up video on how to create different type of bass lines, arpegios, and lead, pads, super saw iconic sounds of the 80s and 90s and 2000's explained the same way you did in this video. Thank you so much for sharing you musical knowledge. Love your channel.

I made a small midi device (midi goblin...videos on my channel) that can save patches for the reface cs, yc, cp (havnt tried dx yet) It can do quite a few other things as well (chord generator, sequencer, arpeggios...other things) and it only exists because of the cs. It was my first synth and is still my favorite. Genuinely amazing little synthesizer.

I love my CS - it's the first synth I reach for when I'm in the flow so I don't lose momentum (so quick to dial in sounds). I usually intend to go back later with a "slower" synth but it's not unusual that I keep the CS track.

@@MattiasHolmgren lol, those darn drums and kids 😂 For the digital piano I have the Yamaha MX88 which I love. Keys feel so nice to me. For fun things I have the Sensel Morph and Roli Seaboard 49, sadly the Morph was discontinued but they are pretty fun for coming up with video game sounds. I mostly use the Computer for all sounds/synths. Omnisphere is my main go to for Synth but love using the Bitwig Synths as well. I don't really have a need for portable at this point. Which is funny cause it is also the cheapest. I love that thing. Stays in tune so well and I think it sounds so clean. And it is virtually indestructible lol. Yeah the Roli is very hard to play like a pinao, I can't do it. But a lot of fun for creating sounds with motion. I use it for Solo's as well but have to auto tune a bit 😂

Absolutely. I'm using the Reface CS, connected via two tele cables (1/4 inch instrument cables) into two separate inputs of my audio interface (Zen Tour from Antelope Audio). When I add the Zoom MS70CDR effect I connect the output from the Reface CS into the stereo input of the ZOom effect. Then the stereo output s (also via 2 tele cables) from the Zoom into the audio interface.... I connect to the audio interface to be able to record the audio into my DAW on the computer.
