Ah yes, I love not being able to hear after watching one of your videos, but they are so good that I have to watch them!!! Awesome and beautiful work man, keep it up!
Bought one of your tig torch button controls, works amazing! Well worth every dime! I use it when using a foot pedal is too awkward, or i'm on top of a stainless tank, or any other uncomfortable situation.
Beautiful work. Do'ers are the reason we HAVE all the things we have. Have a need and find a solution. Create something to solve a problem. Have skills developed to a professional level and you can make almost anything. If you apply yourself you dont need welfare or govwrnment help. You provide for yourself and others. Awesome
At the intake interface it's important to not limit air flow with the smoothed out (reheated) filet welds, and the welding (sans rod) in the other areas. Nice work. Not just well built but well thought out.
Were you trying to say you think it was a mistake to do what he did? If so, I disagree entirely. He's not limiting air flow, he's smoothing transitions.
I was watching you weld up this intake manifold very good skill. same things that I would do I was kind of curious on the inside flange when you ran from one corner to the other was that to clean the inside penetration and smooth it out. Or when you ran across from corner to corner fuse it aogenously?
Thank you. I wouldn't say I "mass produce" them because there isn't a huge demand, but I've been building this style for 10 years, so the muscle memory is definitely locked in for this specific part. Just like everyone else (that makes welding videos) says, it's difficult to weld behind a camera on a tripod, so that's why a few of the welds look inconsistent. how can the accumulated heat on the piece doesn't effect your travel speed ? Do you put more filler to the puddle ? or you go faster , but i cannot see?
Wow, how you can weld with your wrist in awkward angles! You should put your camera in a welding helmet so we can see the actual welding but still it's interesting.

Hello, I have some aluminum pistons with cracks on top. Have you had any success in tig wielding the cracks? Thank you
Fellow tig welder here... I have to give credit when credit is due. You sir are a gun, guessing you mass produce these?
Subbed

Will the tig button you sell work on a (don't laugh) vulcan protig 205? Really need one
Nice job.
6061.com how long have you been tig welding?
Wow that's a screaming high frequency
sped up makes it higher pitched even.
Woooww.. Amazing......
Very satisfying
Ok I know nothing I got it... but why does he sometimes not use the little metal rod. Only the torch
The torch is basically melting the metal so when hes doing long stretches he adds the rod for more metal. Tacs he doesnt have to
As I heard, he & Kane Kid are from Mars. Yes, they fabricate for the Alien's. Their space craft.
Can you tell me the application of the product you are using for?
It's a car part.
PERFECT ! JEWEL !
Mega Perfekt...
Do you make your own carb flanges and valve cover bases in house, or do you outsource them?
Do you sell this exact plenum elbow?
how can the accumulated heat on the piece doesn't effect your travel speed ? Do you put more filler to the puddle ? or you go faster , but i cannot see?
Same travel speed, same amount of filler. Just careful with the amperage.
Hey-whats your amperage?
those r some nice welds do you use the pulse at all?
Thanks. I never use the pulser on these types of parts.
Thanks!!
