"FRICTION" reduction is vital for the mass adoption of VR. Hardware power is meaningless, unless it comes with little or no friction for most users. Just look at the hardware sales of Gaming PC's Vs Consoles. PSVR and Qwest sales Vs PCVR, the edge here isn't just price, it's lack of "FRICTION". What you guys are doing is vital to the future success of Pimax. 👍

Hello Sweviver! I recently watched your old through the lens comparison video and I am interested in buying a Pimax. Please could you create a TTL comparison between the Artisan, 5K Super, 8K Plus and 8KX? (Maybe throw the Rift S, Index, and G2 in there for comparison!)

I love gaze locked to HMD like PC2 (let alone eye-tracking) for a proper controller free setup it's great for us sim lovers. So if the UI can support that would much better than what we currently have. I hate games that use a mouse to navigate the menu . Okay listened from start to finish. Great work guys, as you have said get the thing rock-solid and released sooner rather than try to do everything at once. It would be a big win if you make getting into VR games without the need to remove the HMD at times. Question: Can you hack an overlay to give existing games that don't have gaze support, gaze support (I'm defining gaze as cursor locked to HMD not eyes and hold to press like Project Cars 2 - ala no mouse required)? That would be a massive win as would make VR unfriendly/clunky games much more accessible.
When is pimax launching the ”8kX” in oleds ? Thats what we Are all waiting even if some of us don’t know it. Enough with these LCD turd contrast panels already. Personally i haven’t tried the pimax latest line but one after other the LCD units have been some better some worst but noone panels has really given the woop any oled gives just by launching the valve software logo.
