    For anyone having trouble using pick and place, it wasnt working for me until i changed up the velocity and with the other knobs just to see what happens, all of a sudden pick and place seems to be working just fine now 💜

      You can set the steps to LEGato in the sequence after using the step recording!

    Seems like the OP-1 sequencer with numbers, but much better 😊

    Great addition to your tutorial videos, thanks. I hope the follow up video is going to be called “live pattern recording with a keyboard in poly mode”?😊

    • @oxiinstruments
      @oxiinstruments  7 місяців тому +1

      ha! the problem is how to record several notes at once in the same step 😅. We'll implement pick and place for poly first!

      @@oxiinstruments cool! Anyways, I’m getting the hang of live recording. Soon (perhaps) I’ll post my magnum opus…

    Can you enter pick and place chords in poly mode with an external keyboard? For instance play a chord on a midi controller keyboard and it will remember that chord when you add it to the sequencer?

      At the moment you can only pick one note at a time. But it would definitely be a great addition!

    Can one play in a pattern on a keyboard? For example, can I press record, have a 4 beat count in, and then start playing a pattern on my keyboard, and have oxi one capture it?

    I just bought an OXI One, it's my first stand alone sequencer. Nothing against this video, but as a new comer, the playlist is very frustrating as videos are just in random order. Hard to know where to start and just get a decent overview of the Oxi One.

      @oxiinstruments Guys Just to let you know. I owned an oxi One for a year now. Honestly the machine Is incredibile, but It Is really difficult to use at First. The manuale does not help. So this type of video are essential for every user. Please make more of them and maybe you can create a full tutorial mega video so everyone can use that as a reference

      @@lorenzovicari1724 Yes, I haven't used mine in a while, and wound up getting a Hapax, purely due to the learning curve. There need to be some decent beginner videos, there's nothing that even explains the basics of what the various screens and modes are.

    Good video. Need more like this. Also should be longer and more step by step in depth. So many features that change all the time and most videos are updated. Need in depth basic setup and useage videos. Then just more videos for updates. There is no good basic video yet. The Liam videos goes off on tangents about generative and skips the setup and basic uses. More of a fan video. Not a tutorial
