OKC Thunder's new arena vote celebrated by Mayor David Holt

Oklahoma City residents overwhelmingly supported a measure for the city to use at least $850 million in taxpayer funds to build a new downtown arena. Used predominately by the OKC Thunder, the new arena could be ready by 2030.
